Situated as one of the 4 superb barn conversions, Barn Owl boasts a cosy but practical living layout that makes your holiday that little bit more convenient.

Wander into the open plan living room comprising of a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy sitting area, boasting plush settees and a TV.

There's also a dining area to gather at meal times.

Sleeping up to four guests, this accommodation hosts two bedrooms; a double and twin with the bathroom completing the interior.

Outside there is a lovely communal area for which parties can gather, as well as large, open fields awaiting your exploration.

From the property, walk in any direction and you are sure to be pleased with great rolling hills, woodland treks and lakeside walks.

The small village of Quintrell Downs is where you can find a well-stocked shop to keep on-top of your essentials, as well as two pubs if you fancy eating out.

A five minute drive will land you in the seaside resort of Newquay, home to a mesmerising selection of sandy beaches, including the surfer's paradise, Fistral Beach, as well as a wealth of shops and restaurants to find interest amongst.

You could even drive to the South West Coastal Path and carry on by foot along many miles of breathtaking scenery, inland and outland.

Newquay 3 miles; Perranporth 9.1 miles

This Cornish village rests some three miles south-east of Newquay, named after the surrounding area of moorland and playing host to a local shop, a couple of pubs, a garden centre and the railway station, which operates local services every couple of hours between Par and Newquay. You can also access Newquay by car, via the A392, and discover its endless supply of rolling surf, three wonderful beaches, each offering something different, and a variety of family-friendly attractions.
