Went to use restaurant but was told we couldn’t eat in as not booked, had this been mentioned on the paperwork it would of saved a lot of effort to make it in there as I was on crutches.

I am happy to hear that you loved your stay with us at 4 Hedgerows, but so sad to hear that you had issues with cleaning! We expect our lodges to be cleaned to a very high standard for our guests, so I apologise profusely that this did not happen on this occasion. I have passed your comments to our housekeeping manager, so that she can make sure this doesn't reoccur!
Our Guest Experience Manager will be speaking to our Restaurant Manager about your inability to secure a table, as this is something that would not wish for our guests, especially when it was so difficult for you to get to the Old Mill. I really hope that despite the problems you encountered you will return to stay with us again, as we really value our guests.
