Sitting at the head of an attractive terrace and superb for a family of six's coastal break, Fairfield Cottage is brimming with characterful features including exposed stone walls and slate floors which complement the stylish furnishings.

The appealing sitting room makes for a delightful hideaway, with a woodburning stove to warm you up as you lounge on the sofas and watch TV.

The inviting kitchen/diner hosts an array of appliances that a budding chef will certainly enjoy as they whip up tasty meals for all to enjoy at the sleek dining table.

Nearby lies a ground-floor shower room that doubles up as a utility, so you can freshen up any sandy clothes during your stay.

In the evening, choose between three first-floor bedrooms to relish a well-deserved rest in, including a king-size, double and twin; all bedrooms enjoy access to a fabulous bathroom with a bath and rainfall shower over.

Soak in the coastal air from the sunny garden, which can be reached by a few steps, and provides you with a barbecue to grill up delicious alfresco meals with.

On your route to the headland, meander to Boscastle's lovely harbour, passing by the museum, pottery shop, galleries, pubs, and cafes.

Crackington Haven is a little further afield and home to an array of beachfront activities, including picnicking, paddling and surfing along its coastline.

Tintagel isn't far and is home to the famed King Arthur's Castle, as well as beautiful beaches and small fishing coves.

Port Isaac is picture-perfect, and Bude, a vibrant coastal resort, is only a short drive away. For a holiday with your loved ones that you will always cherish, choose Fairfield Cottage.

About the location

BOSCASTLE

Tintagel 4 miles; Camelford 6 miles.

A perfect Cornish coastal village, the road through Boscastle runs down to the small harbour at the bottom of the hill. The quaint village shops, local restaurants and pubs offering good food, Cornish real ales and live entertainment by local musicians, make this an ever popular visitor destination. Spectacular cliff tops, rocky coves, wild surf, open fields and rich wildlife characterise this beautiful area. The coastal footpath passes through some of Britain’s most rugged and spectacular coastal scenery. The sandy beaches of Bossiney, Trebarwith Strand and Crackington Haven are all within 5 miles and the surfing beaches at Bude and Polzeath are within easy driving distance. Close at hand lie the delights of Tintagel, swathed in the legends of King Arthur, several stately homes and renowned gardens, or the wide open space of Bodmin Moor, famous for its granite tors and Daphne Du Maurier’s Jamaica Inn.
