    “Very well appointed and comfortable.”

Excellent location. Would have been good to know about the proximity of the tea room and road as we felt we could not open the blinds at all in the day. Would also have been helpful to have a signpost or accurate directions to the parking space.

The property

An attractive, stone built cottage that rests right in the heart of Boscastle with the stunning North Cornwall coastline only a moments walk away.

After locating this hidden gem, park round the rear of the property and enter through the hallway.

The two bedrooms will be to your immediate sides while the living area is further down the hall.

Within the living area are the sitting and dining areas as well as the kitchen.

Completing the interior is the ample bathroom with full size bath and overhead shower.

As you are located in the heart of the village, you are never more than a stroll from an array of shops, restaurants, pubs and takeaways, meaning you won’t have to touch the car for your whole stay.

Bossiney Cove and the neighbouring Benoath Cove are both small sandy beaches that excel in beauty and can be located within a short drive.

Alternatively, the beautiful Crackington Haven Beach is slightly further away and is bigger in size but there may be a compromise for peace and quiet.

The granite tors of Bodmin Moor is where you can uncover underground caverns and majestic waterfalls throughout its exciting landscape.

If exploration takes you further afield then make sure you stop off at the fishing village of Port Isaac where you can sit by the harbour and spectate the local fishermen land their daily catch.

A well-presented apartment ideally situated in the middle of Boscastle that allows for exploring the north coast of Cornwall with ease.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £150.

About the location

BOSCASTLE

Tintagel 4 miles; Camelford 6 miles.

A perfect Cornish coastal village, the road through Boscastle runs down to the small harbour at the bottom of the hill. The quaint village shops, local restaurants and pubs offering good food, Cornish real ales and live entertainment by local musicians, make this an ever popular visitor destination. Spectacular cliff tops, rocky coves, wild surf, open fields and rich wildlife characterise this beautiful area. The coastal footpath passes through some of Britain’s most rugged and spectacular coastal scenery. The sandy beaches of Bossiney, Trebarwith Strand and Crackington Haven are all within 5 miles and the surfing beaches at Bude and Polzeath are within easy driving distance. Close at hand lie the delights of Tintagel, swathed in the legends of King Arthur, several stately homes and renowned gardens, or the wide open space of Bodmin Moor, famous for its granite tors and Daphne Du Maurier’s Jamaica Inn.
