What guests are saying
The lodge that we booked was fantastic, we had booked for 4 nights but only got to stay 2 nights in that lodge as the sewage pump went which did unfortunately take all day from our first phone call to them early in the morning about the problem for someone to confirm.
I do understand it was on a Sunday and also Father’s Day but it wasn’t until early evening that day that we were told we had to move to a different lodge. I the new lodge was lovely but no where near as nice as the one we had booked and payed for. Also was a bit disappointed that no one followed up the next day with us to make sure everything was ok. Would we stay at stonerush lakes again? Yes probably as the original lodge was lovely but it has slightly put me off booking again or recommending as there was no follow up and I don’t think we were awkward guests at all as we just moved to the other lodge understanding it was out of anyone’s control. I’ve stilled scored 4 stars as it’s a beautiful site it would of been 5* if we had stayed in our original lodge.
