“Facilities: First night, combo washing / dyer machine didn’t work, reported issue at 0900 following morning, no working machine the entire stay … very disappointing and totally unacceptable.”

Holiday clothing plan was based on anticipated capability to wash / dry clothes in the accommodation. Maintenance: Reception and maintenance staff were very professional, responded promptly, and diagnosed the problem immediately.
