Situated in a rural location on the outskirts of Bodmin is this delightful barn conversion.
The Hayloft works as a welcoming base for either a couple, or a small family with the added bonus of a sofa bed.
Spend evenings kicking back in the open-plan living space, preparing some popcorn for a cosy film night on the plush sofa, cooking up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen, and dining over a bottle of wine on the table provided.
Also on the ground floor is a contemporary shower room, whilst an inviting double bedroom awaits on the first floor, boasting ample storage, Velux windows and a TV for your comfort.
Make use of the outdoor space for a spot of alfresco dining on one of the picnic benches as you soak up the tranquil surroundings.
The Hayloft is the perfect choice for a peaceful escape to Cornwall.

We had such a wonderful week , and certainly did not want to leave !
The hayloft was perfect, we could not want for anything else, so comfortable everything was thought of and supplied ,no issues with Wi-Fi and the welcome hamper was such a lovely touch, most importantly was the warm welcome we received, it’s lovely to see the hard work and dedication into renovating the other barns , you both should be proud of what you offer as its outstanding, we will certainly come back again, thank you so much <3

The accommodation building is, in fact, adjoining a building site, and people booking should be made aware of this. No. 1’s WiFi was not working, despite attempts to fix it on Sunday and Monday morning. There was also no information available regarding the use of appliances. However, I was able to move into No. 2 as an alternative, but the WiFi and TV were still mostly unreliable. Some clothes were found in the ground floor bedroom drawers, and dirty crockery was found in the kitchen cupboard. There were no comfortable chairs or sofas in either No. 1 or No. 2 in which to relax — just a fold‑up double bed settee, and the one in No. 2 was quite badly stained. The only positive is that the property is close to the A30 for access. I would not currently recommend this property to anyone and will view future cottages with rather more caution.
Lovely cottage in a peaceful setting, great location for seeing different areas of Cornwall.
Norman the host was very welcoming.
