No. 1’s WiFi was not working, despite attempts to fix it on Sunday and Monday morning. There was also no information available regarding the use of appliances.
However, I was able to move into No. 2 as an alternative, but the WiFi and TV were still mostly unreliable.
Some clothes were found in the ground floor bedroom drawers, and dirty crockery was found in the kitchen cupboard ...

However, I was able to move into No. 2 as an alternative, but the WiFi and TV were still mostly unreliable.
Some clothes were found in the ground floor bedroom drawers, and dirty crockery was found in the kitchen cupboard. There were no comfortable chairs or sofas in either No. 1 or No. 2 in which to relax — just a fold‑up double bed settee, and the one in No. 2 was quite badly stained.
The only positive is that the property is close to the A30 for access.
I would not currently recommend this property to anyone and will view future cottages with rather more caution.
We are sorry you did not have a pleasurable stay and we have noted your comments and actions have been taken. We tried our best to deal with the issues during your stay and move you into a different accommodation. Unfortunately this accommodation had not been checked prior to relocating you.
