    “We very much enjoyed our stay, spotlessly clean and very comfortable.”

    However, entering and particularly leaving the driveway was quite hazardous. Perhaps a mirror across the road and some 'concealed entrance' signs would help. The steps leading onto the field from the back garden were rather tricky to negotiate; maybe these could be made easier to use? Overall a very clean cosy, peaceful cottage in a lovely area; an ideal base to explore this part of Cornwall. Many thanks.

Follow the stairs up to the first floor, where you can wash away the day in the sleek bathroom, complete with bath and overhead shower, before catching your slumber in the beautifully decorated king-size bedroom.

Explore the bustling town, where you can sample local ales at The Mine Brewing, treat your loved one to a meal at Halestown Inn, Beer & Bird, The Firehouse and The Seafood Café, create your own souvenir at The Leach Pottery, tour the Tate and the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Studio, take a leisurely stroll around the harbour, or spend a day on the golden sands at one of the many beaches.

For a memorable daytrip, why not embark on a fishing charter or a sea safari?

Next stop is Penzance, where you will find the attractions of the Penlee House Gallery & Museum, the Jubilee Pool, a lively promenade, and a ferry offering trips out to the beautiful Isles of Scilly.
