The car park gate was locked and didn't open on numerous times. Thus causing me and my partner to be stuck inside with no car and missing out on plans. Firstly there was no WiFi the whole time during my stay, I contacted them 3 times and to no reply other than an email asking me what do I mean when I say the WiFi isn't working in my hotel room. The car park gate was locked and didn't open on numerous times. Thus causing me and my partner to be stuck inside with no car and missing out on plans. The heating was stuck on and when asked for instructions they just said to look at the manual, the manual was no where to be seen. The cutlery was all dirty and the utensils were dirty The kettle has yellow limescale all over the bottom layer which is quite disgusting When pulling out the toaster there was numerous burnt crumbs stuck all over the top of the toaster And the shower was full of hair when first walking in.
