Continue through to the kitchen/diner, where a well-equipped space, and rustic dining table, provides an excellent setting for preparing and enjoying meals as a group.
The accommodation is completed by two thoughtfully arranged bedrooms, including a double and a bunk room suited to younger guests, alongside both a bathroom and a shower room, offering flexibility for busy mornings.
Outside, the cottage is surrounded by charming gardens, with lawns and patio areas providing ample space for outdoor dining or simply enjoying the Cornish sunshine.
Within easy reach, local shops and amenities can be found, while the surrounding area offers a wonderful variety of attractions.
This cottage is ideally situated just 1 mile from the popular beaches of Poldhu, Gunwalloe and Church Cove, and just half a mile from an 18 hole links golf course.
Visit Helston to explore the Museum of Cornish Life and its fascinating exhibits, or wander through the town’s historic streets.
Head to Porthleven to admire its picturesque harbour and iconic clock tower, as well as enjoy coastal views along the shoreline.
Discover Praa Sands, where a sweeping beach invites leisurely walks, or venture towards the Lizard Peninsula to take in dramatic scenery and visit Lizard Point, the most southerly tip of mainland Britain.
From here, the South West Coast Path provides miles of scenic routes for those keen to explore further.

Nice and clean and can imagine it would be warm and cosy in the winter, all amenities were great.
As a previous guest said, more comfortable and usable garden furniture would be beneficial, also a one piece access gate would make things a lot easier, as opening and closing of the current ones are difficult to use.
Swallow cottage was very comfortable, well appointed and in a peaceful setting.
The basket of goodies to welcome us was much appreciated. The cottage is close to many Coves,so there were plenty of coastal walks within a short distance.We enjoyed our stay and hope to return.
