This is our second visit to Seaview.

It makes you feel at home. The views and walks are amazing and literally on your doorstep. Cannot fault anything other than time goes too fast in Coverack. Will be going back again if possible very soon.

his was our fourth stay at Seaview, and once again it was perfect.

The cottage is beautifully kept, comfortable, and full of character. The location is stunning and peaceful, and it’s become one of our favourite places to escape to. Every visit has been consistently excellent, which is why we keep returning. We absolutely love it here and would happily recommend it to anyone

The sea views and the surrounding grounds are perfect for a lovely holiday whether you want to walk or just read . The accommodation is very well kept and the owners are very welcoming . There are lots of games and books available if needed. On-site parking is easy . We have been back many times .

We had a very enjoyable week there.

Everything we needed was at Seaview. We saw seals and dolphins at the headland and you can walk to Coverack along the coastal path in less than 15 minutes. Everyone was friendly. Great holiday

Very comfortable and well appointed accommodation in a lovely setting with sea views.

Quiet shared private grounds with the coast path adjacent and access to a stunning headland and sandy cove at low tide. Less than 10 minute walk into the picturesque harbour village of Coverack. Would like to return to Seaview again to explore more of the wonderful Lizard peninsular.

This was our 3rd stay at Seaview and once again it was perfect!

The owners kept in contact with us to make sure we had everything we need which is a lovely touch. Coverack is one of our favourite places and in the words of my daughter staying at Seaview "its like being at home but we're on holiday!"

the cottage was very nice and comfortable and had all the things we needed. there was a good selection of games which was very nice and torches for when we went wandering a little bit too late in the evening. there were alot of lovely walks all of which were well documented in the 'things to do' section of the book and even a sculpture park to go and visit. only 20 mins walk each way ! we had a nice relaxing time, which after all was the point. thank you rachel for your hospitality.

What can I say but that we have had the best weeks holiday.

Seaview is a beautiful homely cottage in a unique position. The sea view amazing. Rachel was a wonderful host who couldnt do enough for us. We did not want to leave. Everything you could need is there. Beds extremely confortable. You relax the moment you step through the front door.

We have been visiting the beautiful Coverack Headland for almost 20 years and this was our third stay at Sea View.

The cottage is very nicely appointed, comfortable & well equipped with everything you need, including board games. We had a lovely week with family and they enjoyed swimming, playing tennis and walking into Coverack where we enjoyed dinners at the Lifeboat House & the Paris.We also enjoyed lunch at the Fat Apples Cafe in Porthallow & ice cream at Roskillys. We were very lucky with the weather and on our final day we drove over to the Shipwrights Arms at Helford Passage. Our lab also enjoyed his holiday with numerous walks.

Our group has returned repeatedly over the years Gardens well maintained and stunning views from the property. This year a beautiful full moon on the sea.Lots of benches to just sit and admire the view. Accommodation comfortable a home from home .Definitely worth a stay .Hope to return next year

A great property with outstanding views

What a lovely house!

The views are stunning and the grounds around the complex are worth exploring. My sister-in-law loved the view from her front bedroom window with the passing boats and ships. Our six year old grandson loved taking me around the little paths. The kitchen is very well equipped although I could have done with a roasting pan! Managed fine with what was available. Thank you to Rachel and Sean for the welcome card and delicious biscuits. Although my sister-in-law is somewhat arthritic she managed the stairs ok, thanks the handrail and the bannister, albeit slowly. We loved having the beach just a short walk away and our grandson couldn't wait to go down to jump the waves! It's a nice walk to Coverack along the coast path and we saw some of the Regatta events. Good Fish 'n chip shop in Coverack too! We would definitely recommend Seaview for a relaxing or active seaside holiday whatever you prefer! We hope to come again sometime. Angela and family.

This was our second stay at Seaview and once again it exceeded our expectations.

The house was clean and cosy and the welcome card and biscuits are always a lovely touch from Rachel and Sean. We settled in quickly and headed straight out as the location is perfect for us being just a short walk from the beach. We all absolutely love it here and we will hopefully be returning sometime again in the future

What a lovely place to stay.

The cottage was clean, well stocked with all the equipment we might need both in the kitchen and living room where there was a selection of books, games and dvds alongside lots of tourist information leaflets. I spent a lot of time enjoying the view from the front bedroom out to sea. The cottage is set in a beautiful background with well maintained gardens around it and lots to explore. The nearby sculpture park is a nice easy stroll away, free to go around and dog friendly. We spent a lot of time walking along the coastal path exploring, swimming in the sea and watching seals on the rocks. There is a beach at low tide only 10 minutes walk away. Coverack is a beautiful village with a large dog friendly beach, good essential food shop, cafe, pub, chippy and restaurants. This is a good place to stay with lots nearby to do and also lots a short drive away. We felt very welcomed as soon as we arrived with the gift of some lovely cookies a pack of playing cards and a beautiful local card with a message on it left by the owners. Definitely will be going back. Loved every minute there.

We had a great 2 week stay at Seaview Coverack.

We found the accommodation to be clean,well equipped and as described.The milk, orange juice,tea, coffee,sugar etc and great biscuits were a welcome edition.During our stay we had an issue with the electrics which was swiftly dealt with, the owner Rachel who sent her maintenance man who sorted it within an hour. We spotted dolphins from the bedroom and lounge windows,taking home lots of memories. Would recommend.

Seaview is very comfortable, clean and well equipped perfect for a holiday, but the icing on the cake is the position.

The sea view from the windows, the walk to Coverack, a beach below the headland, and the grounds to use. Perfect holiday especially if you have a dog, lots of paths to choose from, and the sculpture park, something to see. Sandra, Crowborough.

Absolutely beautiful , the lovely accommodation was spotless fully equipped with the most spectacular view, the owners were there when we arrived and made us so welcome they left us scones jam and cream which was a lovely touch and a welcome card I would highly recommended Seaview it was sublime surrounded by ocean views with a lovely garden and wood the beds were comfy it was everything and more that we wanted we were both sad to leave thanks to Rachel and Sean for everything I would love to go back

Beautiful rental.

Like home from home.Rental well equipped and enjoyed the welcome pack.Very thoughtful of the owners. Owners welcoming and happy to assist with everything if required. Beds comfortable and spot less. For me the highlight was the property grounds. So peaceful and spacious and absolutely stunning views.Lots of benches to vary the view.Very private . I liked it so much I rebooked for next year within 24hrs of arriving.I can't wait to go back .

Very enjoyable stay in the lovely village of Coverack.

A very nice place to stay, very quiet which was ideal for us, with a fantastic view.

A short downhill walk via footpath to Coverack, which suited us well. Would recommend an on-line Supermarket delivery if you travel without a car, as we did. The only suggested improvement is an extractor fan for the bathroom, but appreciate there is an opening window. Thank you for the biscuits, milk and orange juice on arrival! Very homely with lovely pictures on a coastal theme. Would certainly visit again. Short downhill walk to nearby cove, and lovely coastal walking!

This cottage is located on the Coverack Headland right on the southwest coast path.

The cottage is comfortable and well equipped with general kitchen equipment, no washing machine or dishwasher, but we didn’t find that mattered. The lounge is spacious with 2 large sofas and 2 chairs as well as games and TV/dvds. The bedroom had sufficient cupboard space and the electric shower in the bathroom gave good hot water. The cottage welcomes dogs. There is no Wi-Fi but there was reasonable mobile reception. For us though, the great bonus was the incredible location looking out over the sea with great walks in both directions. The large garden of the properties on the headland was also a great plus with strategic wooden benches where you could sit with an early morning tea or an evening beer, gazing out to sea. Would definitely recommend!

Hi, this property is on the headland with fantastic views immediately in front of the property.

We were contacted the day before our journey to ensure we had all the arrival details and on arrival there were a frw necessities awaiting for us. This is an excellent base for dog walks and sight seeing, Falmouth, Helston, Penzance just a short drive away. All the fascilities you need are at the property, i would asvice you stop off at the Helston super store and by a few food items you require to avoid running out of items as there are no shops close by. Brilliant location and an excellent base to explore from.

Great property + great location = great holiday.

The three adults plus two small dogs in our party all have a great time here. Seaview was spotlessly clean on our arrival and had some nice personalised touches that we appreciated. We found the kitchen/dining area a little "compact" but it wasn't a problem as we worked around this easily enough and anyway, it was more than compensated for by the large and comfortable lounge. The bedrooms were well furnished, comfortable and had a good storage space. Worth mentioning that the kitchen was particularly well equipped with all manner of pots, pans, casseroles, knives, dishes etc. There were even two different kinds of vegetable peeler! The nominated parking spaces were a bonus too. Located at the end of a private road, Seaview was quiet yet had amazing panoramic views of the sea that were captivating whether sunny or stormy. It's 50m above sea level so there's a bit of a climb back up from Coverack itself or the small (and almost private) Porthbeer Cove with its mixture rocky/sandy beach. Its only 700m (not the mile quoted in the Sykes listing) by footpath to the lovely Coverack harbour with the excellent (if somewhat pricey) Lifeboat chippie and Paris Hotel. Good coast path walks in both directions right from the door. We toured the area a bit. We enjoyed Loe Bar and Porthleven in rough weather – these can be accessed from car parks in the north of Loe Bar or the NT Penrose Estate. The Spingo beer at the Blue Anchor in Helston was as good as I remember it from 40 years ago and the walk around Lizard Point excellent and sparsely populated once you got 200m from the car parks! Note that Seaview's location is nowhere near that indicated on the Sykes mapping. Exceeded expectations.

We had a great stay and the cottage was perfect for us.

Located just a short walk from the beach meant we could just get up and go. A perfect base for us. Thank you to Rachel for the lovely card and biscuits on our arrival. We hope to return again in the future

Lovely property set in beautiful surroundings.

Rachel kindly left us the means of making tea and coffee and some scrumptious biscuits. Amazing walks, hardly any reason to get in the car unless you want to go much further afield. Dogs loved it as much as we did.

One of the best Hollidays we have had in Cornwall, the cottage was warm clean and with everything you needed in the kitchen to make it feel like home from home, The beds are comfy and the house is well looked after, The views are amazing and it was a short walk into the pretty little fishing village of Coverack, if your looking for a peaceful away from it all get away then we would highly recommend staying here,

We found the house very comfortable and and spotlessly clean.

excellent location with amazing views but the beach isn't sandy, mostly rocks and boulders, it is a hard and very uneven path down to the beach and a steep climb back. The shower in the bathroom needs attention, we couldn't get any hot water to have a shower and the television needs updating the sound is badly distorted and only has Freeview. When we saw the picture of the house we thought it was in a row of three or four terraced houses but it is in a row with other apartments and the Headland apartments are in front of them but from the Seaview house you have a view of the sea.

The roads to this accommodation are not for the nervous driver, narrow lanes, sharp corners with high hedgerows but once there the view is wonderfull, straight out onto the ocean.

Some directions would have helped as the postcode covers a wide area and we had to do a little searching.The accommodation itself was as described and quite comfortable, we were also left tea,coffee,fruit juice and biscuits which was a nice touch.

We had a lovely time as was 2nd stay just a suggestion we think that a bar on wall would help people get in and out of bath shower

Such a wonderful holiday house, such truly amazing views, so close to our own beach, and fantastic coastal paths to beautiful Coverack.

Good local places to eat and drink albeit alcohol or non alcoholic. I just so love being near the sea and this house is so very close to the sea ahore. Good house with all you need. We didn’t use the communal washing facilities. No dishwasher on board but washing up liquid provided. I look forward to booking again soon. Fantastic place.

Coverack is a place that smoothes the soul.

The walks were exhilarating, some not for the faint hearted, quite challenging, but I loved them. I had been working nights Domicillary End of life care and needed a much needed break. I looked out the bathroom window and cried with happiness at the sea view, (sea view from many windows). It's a safe little haven to rejuvenate then take on the world. Loads of magnificent sculptures on one of the walks are a must find. Highlights the sound of the waves crashing on the pebbles, trickling spring water, sea views, Sun sets across the shimmering sea. I loved it there, thank you xx

The location is sensational.

The bed was very comfortable and the accommodation was very spacious. We especially enjoyed the welcome pack!

It was a very nice cottage in a great location with superb views.

We had a few problems but the owner was very, helpful and quick to sort these out and they didn’t in anyway affect the holiday. I’d rate it as a very good place to stay if you enjoy walking, swimming, and cream teas! The village of Coverack is within easy walking distance, which is very helpful if you don’t want to use your car.

This was our second year at Sea View and hopefully we will be back next year.

The dogs loved it when we just opened the door and walked down to the cove or onto the headland, so happy and safe. Wonderful views and walks along the cliff path into Coverak and beyond. Lovely little nearby wood and a sculpture park just 5 minute walk. We were greeted with a welcome tray in the comfy lounge and explored the surrounding area each day. Highly recommend.

The location is absolutely perfect; the headland is beautiful and the quiet beach a few minutes walk away is amazing.

Coverack is a lovely village, great little shops and a fantastic chip shop, brilliant water sports centre. We had a fantastic week at Seaview and would definitely recommend a visit ( even with 2 slightly stroppy teens and a mad dog.) The owner had left a lovely tea tray and biscuits for our arrival which was much appreciated.

The location of this property is stunning.

The Harbour at Coverack is beautiful, the beaches in the area are great. Fantastic base to explore the area. You don't have to drive far to visit nearby beaches. Lifeboat restaurant is wonderful and Paris Hotel is friendly with free pool for kids to play. The property does have an underlying smell of dogs downstairs. The microwave was broken, it didn't turn. I'm guessing a previous rental broke it but didn't report it. The door of the small room at the front was really stiff and jammed shut. It was great to have washing up liquid, tea towels and handwash. Tea, coffee and milk was provided too. Large pack of biscuits were a nice touch to. Front single bedroom had a lovely sea view. It's a quiet complex away from the hustle and bustle. Walkers would love the area, families would love the beach a few mins walk down a steep slope.

Loved the location, Coverack Headland is amazingly beautiful.

Our young dog had a great time in the surrounding grounds and the coastal paths. Cottage was clean and comfortable and well equipped, with lovely views.

The patio at the back had no privacy sadly.

It could've done with a bit of screening from the car park. Also to get to the patio we had to come out of the front door and walk round. Beautiful grounds and location. Owner was lovely.

The cottage was in a fantastic place with a very short cliff path to our very own cove which could also be walked into Coverak .

We were surprised to find the complex as we didn't find that information in our search. We would definitely come again but would like somewhere to put walking boots and jackets especially when wet. The dogs had a lovely time and so did we.
