Five Elements Farmhouse is a luxury farmhouse, perfectly located in a beautiful countryside location, set in a quiet, rural hamlet, just over three miles from the village of St Agnes and within reach of the Cornish coast.

Boasting a wonderful south-facing terrace and hot tub, you enter the property through a private gated entrance which is when the wow factor hits you.

Walk along the terrace and take a while to admire the superb serene valley views before entering the house where luxury exudes throughout.

Turning left and taking you down three steps you will enter the kitchen, which has been designed and furnished in a bistro style featuring all that you will need during your stay, including a gas Falcon range with two electric ovens.

From here you are taken into the relaxing conservatory overlooking the garden and the valley beyond.

On the other side of the house, the dining room comfortably sits ten around a solid oak table and this leads you through into the sitting room with a woodburner and a large settee along two of the walls big enough to seat all the family.

On the first floor there are five beautifully furnished bedrooms with two benefitting from en-suite facilities.

The family bathroom is also located on the first floor and on the ground floor is a convenient basin and WC.

Outside on a fine day you won't find a more relaxing place.

With the large private enclosed garden around the hot tub, the wonderful terrace and the designated BBQ area, outdoor living can be enjoyed to the full here.

There are adjoining grounds totalling 15 acres where you are welcome to wander at your will in peaceful, tranquil surroundings.

A short drive will take you to any number of superb beaches, and at the end of a day out you will always look forward to returning to this fabulous farmhouse.

A truly superb holiday home to be enjoyed all year round.

Excellent property with exceptional amenities.

And the host was so kind and friendly. He was able to help with my dads health during our visit! Cleanliness 5⭐️ Beds 5⭐️ Hot tub & games room 5⭐️ the property was set in such a beautiful spot with an enclosed garden for the dogs to roam. We will be staying here again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

House had plenty of space, very well equipped kitchen with sharp knives for cooking!

The sofa was huge, perfect for the amount of guests it could accommodate. And a pool table arrived during our stay, which was fun for the evening. Only thing would have been the bathroom needed a little extra cleaning, and dusting in parts. Overall a fabulous stay. And very accommodating, friendly hosts. Would book again.

A very late booking for a 50th Golden Wedding family holiday.

A previous holiday company had to cancel our holiday booked in 2025 as vendor decided to sell up 4 weeks before our date.We were very pleased with the farmhouse and had everything we needed for our family with 5 dogs.The hot tub was a bonus too and the champagne gift

We stayed here on the week commencing 17th July 2025, we loved our stay, it was enjoyed by everyone and very well equipped, the cottage was very private and a short drive from the beach also wherever we wanted to go.

The beds were very comfy the bedrooms were very spacious. It accommodated both our families perfectly. The main feedback for this cottage would be that we expected it to be a lot cleaner especially from downstairs, The kitchen worktops were very dirty and their was a lot of cobwebs around the place including lights, for the price we paid this was very important for us. We appreciate it’s a cottage and can get dusty very quick however this was the main downside, the main fridge was not working and this caused our food to go off. Sari kindly offered compensation in monetary value but we declined. We appreciated how quickly you responded and tried to fix the issue for us although didn’t have any luck throughout our stay. We had issues with the wifi in the first couple days however we were given the password for another router which then worked. Overall The cottage it’s self is beautiful and we all enjoyed our stay and Sari was very responsive with all our questions and always responded promptly.

I’m very sorry that the cleanliness of the ground floor did not meet the high standards I aim to maintain. I’ve already followed up with my cleaning team to ensure this is addressed going forward. Regarding the fridge, unfortunately during the peak summer season, the earliest the engineers could attend was the following week - this has been addressed. In the meantime, I provided a smaller fridge to try to minimise the inconvenience, and I’m sorry that this still impacted your stay. The Wi-Fi engineer has also since visited to resolve the connection issues you experienced in the first couple of days.
