Inside, the house is beautifully presented throughout, featuring stylish furnishings and carefully chosen décor with subtle blue accents that reflect the nearby coastline.

The main open-plan living space is both striking and practical, centred around a spacious kitchen well equipped for group cooking, supported by a separate utility room.

A large dining table sits beside glass double doors, allowing meals to be enjoyed while taking in the surrounding views.

A comfortable seating area completes this space, ideal for gathering together at the end of the day. In addition to the main living area, Polview offers two further places to relax, including a separate sitting room and a snug, both furnished with Smart TVs and inviting seating, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment with a coffee or settling in with a good book. The enclosed outdoor space is a true highlight, showcasing the sought-after setting with open views across rolling countryside.

Guests can make use of the barbecue and outdoor furniture for alfresco dining, while the hot tub provides a standout spot to unwind as the sun dips and the evening draws in. The sense of quality continues throughout the five bedrooms, each thoughtfully styled to create a welcoming place to rest.

Three super-king-size zip/link bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements and are served by a contemporary family bathroom.

A further super-king-size bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room, while the main bedroom features its own en-suite and a Juliette balcony, drawing in the countryside views beyond. Crantock is a popular coastal village with a local shop, pubs and eateries, as well as beaches ideal for days spent paddling, picnicking or walking the shoreline.
