Outside, there is a south-facing garden to the rear which is on two levels with stone steps linking them.
The higher level has outside rattan corner seating and a fabulous setting with lush tropical planting and lighting.
There is an outside dining area with picnic table and chairs, with the top level being a real sun-trap.

Crantock beach is just a ten minute walk from the property, making it an excellent spot for surfers and beach lovers.
Travel into the thriving seaside town of Newquay for a plethora of attractions, including the popular Newquay beach, where you and your little ones can explore the grounds and visit the animals.
Visit the Tranance Gardens for some scenic walking, whilst the nearby rivers and lakes provide excellent opportunities for you to get involved with a variety of watersporting activities.
Newquay also provides some museums and art galleries for a spot of culture during your trip.
