A wonderful house in a superb location.

It had everything you needed, was very comfortable, very clean and easily accessible. It was great to be able to leave the car and walk 5 mins to the lovely sandy beach, which had a little shop, cafe and then a couple of snack bars and toilets, (beach car parks got full really early with queues of cars waiting). A few minutes to walk to the two pubs, ( had a lovely meal in the Albion - booking recommended) a little cafe by day, pizza restaurant by night (didn't manage to try this), a bus stop, shop and post office and a little pop up shop. 10/ 15 minute walk to The Bowgie Inn ( good food- all ordered by qr codes and fab views) and coastal walks on the doorstep. Had a wonderful week stay, would recommend staying here.

Twice in 14 day stay we had to interupt our holiday schedule to be on hand to to accomodate Electrician visit 2 seperate faults.

Strobing/Flickering LED down lights & Carbon Monoxide Detector Alarm randomly "chirping" once at 3.00 AM House generally clean and well presented one area that had not be cleaned identified to property manager (riser step between living and eating area) upon arriving at property cushion on one of dining chairs was found to be slashed. Provision of items such as Gel Air Fresners poor ....Dried out Lavatory cleaner minimal used up by end of second day. Kitchen untensils adequate but not good We have previously stayed at Keelyn and felt that the overall quality has slipped. Little things like the cloths pegs for washing line broken and brittle.. indicate a general deterioration of standards for this premium property

The accommodation was beautifully presented.

It was exactly as described and do not think the pictures did it justice. The garden was an amazing addition, enabling us to make the most out of the sun. Those with allergies, I do think the bedding/cushions are feather. The location is central and was a short walk from amenities, such as local pubs, local shop and most importantly an extremely large, beautiful beach. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We absolutely love Keelyn it’s everything we need for us and our two dogs.

We’ve stayed there 6 times and it’s never disappoints. Just totally gutted that we haven’t been able to book for next April - the house is fully booked already!

Lovely comfy, extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean property with beautiful, well kept and secure garden which was ideal for our dogs When we arrived a powercut the day before had knocked out the internet.

After trying the usual fixes we contacted Tracey the caretaker who promptly arrived and soon after it became apparent the fault was at street cabinet. Tracey contacted owners and the very next day a 4G portable hub arrived. They honestly couldn’t have been more helpful, they were amazing! Thank you Tracey and owners for all you did to make our stay perfect. Needless to say we’ve already booked for next year!

Keelyn is well located, on a quiet residential road, just off the picturesque village centre.

The property is well appointed and presented and benefits from a pleasant garden. This was our third stay and we would certainly recommend this holiday let.

Excellent accommodation, no negatives at all about the property .

The bed was comfortable as were the sofas . Felt at home with the log burner it creates a nice atmosphere.

The property was clean, cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden was beautiful and ideal for our dogs. The property was just a short walk to the shop and to the beach. We would definitely recommend Keelyn and would love to stay again.

Absolutely love the property just a few miner nigles no heating in bathroom.

Bathroom mirror light and shaver point don't work . We were unsure where to leave yellow rubbish bags. Oh and no big serving spoon in the kitchen. But other than these miner things loved it .

Keelyn is a well placed accommodation near the centre of Crantock village.

The points I’m going to make now are for information and did not detract from a great stay. Hopefully they will be helpful for the owner / property management. 1. The front steps to property do not have a hand rail, just the wall to grab a hold of. 2. Threshold to house / front door is quite a step up and over meaning care has to be taken particularly on exiting the property, otherwise you could go head first down a significant amount of steps. 3. Although the property appears to be one level once inside, there is a small step between the lounge and dining area that can catch you out. I fell off it personally and hit my ankle bone on the step causing injury. A marker needs to be added to the edge of the step ie tape or something similar as the flooring makes it deceiving all being the same. 4. The main bedroom has two singles which were kindly made up into Super-king, however every morning the mattress cover and flat sheet had moved. Solution to this would be to make up as two singles and push them together. That way the mattresses are protected and the beds stay made. In colder months the duvet would not be large enough as it is not a Super-king. It just reaches to the edge of the bed. Again two singles could be used. On a more positive note, the garden was lovely for our miniature schnauzer. Garden furniture, BBQ supplied. Unfortunately not used due to weather. The kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything you would need. Dishwasher, full size fridge freezer and washer drier made it more a home from home. None of the points made above have spoilt our stay and we have already booked for next year to revisit.

Had an enjoyable stay at Keelyn.

Great Candy washer/dryer. Hoover was missing a longer pole, could probably do with a better hoover to keep on top of cleaning the sand on the wooden floor from the beach, can just cope with the steps whilst we're able. Nice walking distance to beach but queues of traffic to walk past in high season down the lane.

Photograph doesn't show quite how steep the steps are to the front door and the final big step over the threshold caught us out.

Added to uneven steps in the back garden and "unexpected" step between living and dining area would make this cottage a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise cottage was very pleasant and the dogs loved the secure garden.

We have stayed in many properties in Cornwall but we have never felt as relaxed and comfortable as we did in Keelyn, the road it is located on is very quite and has some amazing houses, which gave us house envey!

Keeyln also gave us that feeling. It has everything you need and more, big comfy settees, large TV, log burner, the shower was very spacious and powerful, the bedrooms with superking beds were spacious, clean and fresh. The most special part of this property is the private garden, it is full of beautifull well established plants & flowers that looked just stunning, the garden furniture is very comfortable and the perfect place to sit and eat breakfast while listening to the only noise around which was the birds, I might add it was also the perfect place to sit in an evening with a gin & tonic! The location is ideal for a short stroll to the beach and an even shorter stroll to the 2 pubs! Only around a 15 minuite drive to newquay or you can catch the bus which is only 2 minuite walk from Keeyln. There was only 1 downside to Keelyn and that was that we had to leave, But before we did, we booked it for next year and are already counting down. Tina, Sean & Cookie

We have stayed at Keelyn numerous times and it never disappoints us.

The property is perfect for the two of us and our two dogs with its enclosed garden and side gate which is ideal for coming back from the beach. Keelyn has everything you need for a perfect holiday stay, the beach is just is just a short walk away and boasts a beautiful expanse of sand.

This was a lovely property and very conveniently placed in the village.

The facilities were excellent, the garden lovely and the welcome package very helpful. We didn't want to leave to go home and hope to stay there again

Lovely Keelyn.

Although there is heating which can be controlled easily on every radiator, because of the integral garage underneath the lounge, a rug would be good during the colder months as we had a cold snap & the floor can get cold. A mop would help keep the floor clean, especially during wet weather. A different coloured towel in kitchen to distinguish between the 2 supplied & a sponge/scratcher for washing up. Pillows too soft & flat but bed very comfy, washer/dryer excellent, nice to have TV in bedroom, great parking & location, Crantock village lovely, 10-15 minute walk to lovely beach. One review mentioned nowhere to put groceries but I put most of my produce in the fridge & organised it on kitchen tops, plenty of room, carrot cake was offered but we prefer cream tea or Cornish Ginger biscuits

We have just returned from a lovely week stay at Keelyn with our dog.

Property was in a great location short walk from shop, pubs and Beach. Property had everything we needed with a lovely enclosed garden for our dog. Nothing to fault, will definitely stay again.

It was stress free to know our 2 dogs could not leave the garden. My only criticism is there was no cupboard to put away grocery shopping oherwise it was perfect

Keelyn is in a lovely location.

Close to the beach, shops and local pubs. The property is comfortable and well equipped with a good secure garden and off street parking. We had a problem with the television in the lounge for the first 3 days of our stay which wasn’t ideal but Tracey the property manager was very helpful and kept us updated and finally supplied us with a new one which worked well for the rest of our stay.

We enjoyed our second visit to Keelyn.

Beds are very comfortable linen is impeccable, great shower but bathroom sink drains very slowly, kitchen facilities are good, although we take a cafetiere as there isn't one in Keelyn. Tracy does a brilliant job of making sure the property is spotless for our arrival. The cream tea left for us was very nice too. The enclosed garden is good for dogs. Looking forward to our next visit.

We loved our time at Keelyn and are considering booking again.

The only drawback was the noisy banging from the building work next door which started early and went on all day.

The cottage was perfect in terms of both location and amenities.

Luxury interior and comfortable super king size beds. Plenty of space for everything from food to clothes to toys for the little one. Shower and bathroom facilities were excellent. Unlike some other holiday homes there were plenty of cutlery, crockery and plates. They also made the 10/10 factor by adding little touches such as a cream tea, jam and tea and coffee available. Garden is large and spacious and there is a beautiful apple tree in its centre. Great WiFi which connects immediately. Again this is a good feature as the 5G / 4G locally is not good at all. The location is within 15 minutes drive of Newquay, the Healeys cider farm, Lappa Valley and only a 5 min walk to the beautiful Crantock beach with its amazing dunes. Rock pooling can be done at both Crantock and Newquay beaches and Padstow harbour is only half an hour away for crabbing. Perfect location and the best family holiday we have all had. We will hopefully be back again.

Accommodation was lovely, well appointed and equipped.

Property is in a great location and and easy walk to local amenities and to the beach. Very clean with a lovely garden. The main issue was the fact that there was building work taking place to the next door property which was having a brand new roof. Monday to Friday from 7.45 am for the day the work was being carried out which was extremely noisy. It woke us up each day, it was difficult to sit in the garden in peace due to electric saws, drills and machinery and hammering etc for most of the time we were there. I believe with such major work happening a few feet away, we should have been made aware this was going on. It had a big impact on the holiday and quality of our stay and therefore you need to make future guests aware and possibly offer some compensation/ reduced rate whilst this is going on. Thanks

This is our 4th stay at Keelyn, we absolutely love it!

The property is of an exceptional standard, extremely comfortable and has every thing you need to make your stay memorable it’s convenient for both the village and beautiful Crantock beach.

The property was absolutely superb immaculately clean.

There was everything we needed to make our stay like home from home. Beautiful decor and lovely garden. So close to the village which we have stayed in on numerous occasions. We come to crantock twice and year and will definitely re book Keelyn again.

Lovely holiday accommodation, very well equipped, a home from home.

We had one or two minor issues when we arrived, but Tracey, our contact, was very attentive and on the ball, nothing was too much trouble. The garden is secure for dogs and well maintained by the weekly gardener. The sofa's in the lounge were comfortable and so were the beds, the shower was good and it was handy to have two toilets! We stayed for 4 weeks and wish it could have been longer! The village is very pretty, the local shop/post office was an easy short walk, as were the two pubs - our preference was the Old Albion Inn, great food, cosy yet spacious. The beach is a 10 min walk downhill, and when we came back we went up over the dunes from the National Trust car park, it made the climb back up a little easier! The beach is stunning and there is so much to see on the North Coast of Cornwall. The only slight negative is the steps to the front door, it's quite a steep step out from the front door, and for elderly visitors, I would recommend a handrail on the wall that runs adjacent to the steps. But, of all the cottages & bungalows we have stayed in, this was by far the best for comfort and location, and we hope to return one day.

Lovely well equipped cottage.

We have been to Crantock before and love the walks and beach. Keelyn cottage is ideal to access both. Within easy walking distance to two great pubs. We only tried the cornishman but had an amazing roast dinner. Only minor negatives for us would be to have the Towel rail on in the bathroom (understand it is not on due to safety reasons?) and have a hose attached to the tap in the back garden to help clean off muddy boots and dog. But wouldnt stop us from returning to this lovely cottage.

I would consider not charging for dogs?

Can’t see how £40 per dog is justified within the price of the property. Just an opinion. Great property though.

A competitively priced, well appointed bungalow in a good location for village facilities, beach and walks.

This was our 2nd visit to Keelyn, as expected everything was perfect.

The house is beautifully clean and well stock, even left us a cream tea upon arrival. The house is in a perfect position to visit all the sights Cornwall has to offer. The village is a favourite of ours, two lovely pubs which are dog friendly within a stone throw, also a small shop selling everything we needed. The house has quite a few steps at the front so not easy if you have mobility problems, however to the side is a passage with just 3 steps and a slope up to the back gate. All in all a great base to explore

The cottage was well equipped with everything you need. The only thing missing for me was a cafetière. The location was perfect, a few minutes walk to the village and the beach. Slept really well and would definitely stay at Keelyn again.

This house is in an ideal location in Crantock about 100m walk from the village centre but far enough away not to be bothered with any noise (although our visit was at the end of the season).

The house was very clean and had all the facilities you would need. Nicely maintained and private rear garden with patio area etc. Close to the local walks and the South West coastal path. Village has plenty of amenities and the locals are friendly. Would recommend this house and location for couples and small family.

We had a great stay at Keelyn.

We love Crantock and being so close to beaches and local facilities. We were a party of 3 adults and a dog. The property offered everything we required with the exception of a cafetiere and a corkscrew. The BT TV in the lounge offers a great choice of programmes and films to watch. The enclosed rear garden is good for the dog and enjoying the sun. There are several steps to the front door, but the property can accessed by the gate to the back garden if preferred. We enjoyed Keelyn so much that we have booked again for next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at Keelyn.

The only negative for us was the steps up to the cottage. A rail would have been a great help and maybe a handle next to the front door. Otherwise it was a perfect cottage for us and the dogs.

A lovely house in a wonderful location.

We stayed here last year and loved it so much we returned. It has a lovely, largely quiet, little garden full of mature plants which are a delight. The gardens and stone walls of nearly every road are bursting with colours in full bloom. The beach is a short walk away, as are the dunes. There are 2 pubs and a cafe/pizza eatery and the village shop is well stocked. Every resident/local we met was really friendly and helpful. (I hope I am the same when we finally move down to Cornwall!) Fabulous for dog owners as there are many walks and dog friendly beaches nearby, all are perfect at low tide, and you don't have to walk along the cliff edges to get to both Polly Joke and Holywell beaches. In June, the poppy fields of West Pentire are simply stunning with the back drop of the sea and beautiful beaches. We realise feedback is largely subjective but there is only one thing on our wishlist for this house and that's bath sheets rather than towels. I imagine during winter months a tumble dryer would be helpful too. Thank you for a lovely stay once again with kind regards

We have been coming to Crantock for holidays at least once a year for many years and this is one of the best properties we have stayed in. The location near the village and not far from the beach is perfect for us whilst still having off road parking available. The property itself is lovely, light, spacious and very comfortable.

Great property, dog friendly in a central location to walk to the beach, local shop, pubs and cafe.

The garden was lovely and dog friendly. Overall we had a lovely stay and we would definitely return again.

Everything was perfect, we loved Keelyn and have already booked for next year.

The house was so well equipped, and well kept, obviously loved by the owners. Just one small thing could the pillows in the bedroom be changed they are very soft and uncomfortable but this was just a small observation.

Fantastic location in the quaint village of Crantock and only 10 minutes walk from the beach.

Really clean and comfortable, with great mattresses to sleep on and large beds. The garden is lovely and importantly, safe for dogs (enclosed and no toxic plants). It was a treat to have the outside table to eat al fresco in the nice weather. We all loved the house and can’t wait to come back.

A lovely house in the most wonderful location, particuarly for dog owners as there are 4 year round dog friendly beaches in the area including the lovely Crantock Bay itself (low tide particularly) there are 2 pubs and the Jam Jar in walking distance as well as the Londis and post office.

The cliff paths to Holywell and beyond to Perranporth are a delight, though with some caution if you have mad dogs like we do! The information folder is also helpful and I had fun searching out the carved woman's head and the sad but beautiful poem amongst the rocks on the Bay. The house itself had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable, thank you. The only thing I would have found a helpful addition was a non slip mat for the shower. The garden is also a delight of colours in the spring and summer and really peaceful. I have no doubt we will return, though such lovely homes get booked up really quickly these days. Thank you again for such care and attention and, of course, the cream tea!

A wonderful property in a prefect location 10 minutes walk from the beach and 3 minutes from the village.

This is our third time staying at Keelyn with it’s dog friendly garden makes it ideal for us and our golden retriever,already booked for next year can’t wait.

The accommodation was clean comfortable and ideally situated for the beach and local walks and just a 10 minute drive to Morrisons supermarket for supplies.

I will definitely book to stay here again can't honestly find anything to fault about our weeks holiday, even the weather was great.

Home from home feel.

Lovely property. Would book again. On arrival when checking what was where in the kitchen the washing machine cupboard door was hanging off when opened, husband made a temporary repair and we reported to Tracey straight away via text who apologised for missing it. Also noted on going issue with a vehicle parked across from driveway, awkward to manoeuvre off drive when other vehicles also parked in street.

bad condensation in shower room ,even with fan on,coat-hooks in hall loose, back garden muddy, but a nice property well presented.

Keelyn is an outstanding property in an ideal location.

Everything that we needed was provided, our 2 dogs had a wonderful time in the garden, the wood burner provided a lovely cosy atmosphere for our December stay. We can’t wait to return at some point next year!

This is a lovely warm comfortable property.

The rear gate access is really useful with a dog rather than having to use front door down the steeper steps . Makes it easier to keep sandy paws out of the house .Communications from property manager were prompt clear and friendly thank you Tracey - we will definitely come back. Rear garden fully enclosed for dogs and you can see them while they’re outside from the sitting room. Only niggle as mentioned before someone from the locality ( but not the street we are told ) leaves their car permanently parked across the drive and this makes access a bit more tricky with a bigger car or if you had two cars to park - I think they’ve being doing it for years but we were told by another local lady who it affects that it’s illegal as it’s on speed humps. Crantock is a lovely friendly village and from Keelyn you can walk to the beach 5-10 mins with 2 great pubs and a good store all within a stroll. We are delighted we have found this lovely dog friendly property.

The property is a perfect place to stay for dog owners as has secure garden and close to beach and walks. Everything you need is provided and would definitely look to stay again. Only slight moan would be the car parked at opposite end of driveway for duration of stay, made accessing driveway awkward.

Lovely comfortable house and very clean. Have to turn bathroom light on for fan to work our only dilemma, worked it out in the end. Would love to live there. Perfect place

We had a great time, 3 generations and a dog.

So close to Crantock Beach. Garden was great for Grandaughter and dog. Tumble dryer still not working but only a minor issue. Outside shower is a great plus for cleaning after being at the beach. Would definitely go back. Very clean although some of the bed linen was past it’s best and was difficult to put back on after washing, but again..minor

...the holiday home was home from home for us the garden was great for my sausage dogs they loved it and the beach was 10 min walk we couldn't ask for anything more The Albion inn was wonderful food amazing staff fanstic xx

Keelyn was in a perfect location and had all we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Less than 10 minutes from Crantock beach, the village shop, pub, and cafe less than 5 minutes away, and a major supermarket less than a 10 minute drive away. There was close and easy access to so many different routes for beautiful walks to other beaches and along the coastal pathways, we would need another week to try them all! The level of cleanliness was excellent and made us feel very safe and confident that all the appropriate covid measures had been taken. The bed was very comfortable, the lounge with a log fire, was a very pleasant place to relax and recover from a fun day walking and playing on the beach in sometimes wet and windy weather. Finally the garden was beautiful and perfectly secure so our dog could run around and we didn’t need to worry about her escaping. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay and look forward to staying again in the future!

Lovely clean well equipped bungalow with a beautifully tended mature south facing garden.

Nice to see most of the previous negative comments have been addressed such as new toilet brushes and an efficient vacuum. The only negative point was the late check in and early check out and times.

We had a delightful week in Crantock , the cottage was cosy and well equipped with a beautiful private garden which our two dogs loved The beach which is a few minutes walk across the sand dunes or you can walk down the road if you prefer is breathtaking, we will definitely come again Thank you for a fantastic holiday

Great property, nicely presented with a clean garden (as it was left) The cottage was booked as it had a log burner - unfortunately no fire tools were available (tongs, poker etc).

Heating, however was more than adequate. This issue and a number of light bulbs not working were advised to the property manager but no action taken as they were ceiling mounted flush LEDS that needed changing. Also very strangely there were no loo brushes in either of the toilets. As a pet friendly place a better vacuum cleaner would aid keeping the dog hair down. Henry is not up to it. Finally there are a couple of very selfish local people who keep parking their cars right opposite the drive way making it very difficult to get on and off. We would advise reversing onto the drive as its then easier to drive off.

Lovely light, airy, spacious accommodation, beautifully decorated, good quality fixtures & fittings very clean.

Would definitely stay there again. Disappointing late 5pm check in and early 9am checkout, seems unnecessary even with Covid precautions. Crantock is a fabulous place to stay and Keelyn is ideally placed in the village. Good value for money. Front door is difficult to lock and needs some attention. The Large number of uneven Front Steps would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

Keelyn was a beautifully kept and well equipped cottage for our family, the location was perfect for us with the sandy beach, pub and village shop in walking distance and all the other local beaches and towns a short drive away.

As always, Tracey the property manager was brilliant.

A credit to the company. The cottage and village are still great, even with COVID19. The local businesses did fantastically considering the restrictions. The only minor issues we experienced were: People parking opposite the driveway on the solid white lines. I would advise anyone to reverse into the driveway if visiting. However, this is to be expected in August. The dryer part of the washer dryer didn't work. Even with just one small item they didn't dry at all. I expect this gets a lot of use though.

The bungalow was just right for our family of 4 and our dog.

It was very clean upon arrival. It’s a 10 minute walk to the fantastic beach at Crantock. We enjoyed our time on the beach here and also enjoyed Holywell Bay too. We saw some beautiful sunsets and loved going onto the beach in the early evenings.

We have already booked for next year.

Service from Sykes 1st class especially as this was a reschedule after we had to cancel the original booking due to ill health which Sykes handled brilliantly & ultimately saved us losing lots of ££. We had a lovely holiday. the house was as described but even nicer & tho we didn't need help the property manager sent us friendly texts to show onhand if needed without being intrusive. Only 1 tiny thing.... logs starter pack not provided but as it was 25 Oct & filthy weather on arrival it would have been great. All in all 10/10 ten all round. Thank you all!

We used the washer dryer due to inclement weather during our stay.

The washing was still wet after several hours of drying. Not sure if there is a fault on it. I didn't want to put negative points in the visitors book. The house was clean, tidy and had everything we needed as usual. Tracey, who manages the property was great as always, friendly and helpful. A credit to the company. As always the cottage was lovely. The only issue we experienced was people parking opposite the drive on solid white lines, which caused us some issues with trying to reverse into the driveway. This is to be expected in high season. It was good to see the driveway had been widened to assist with parking. We have already booked for next year in Keelyn. It is a lovely cottage and village. We would love to be able to afford a holiday home in Crantock.

Great property , great place , great walks on the beach , great break just not long enough

The property was excellent and very clean BUT I booked the bungalow, as you had stated that the walk to the beach was a 'three minute walk'!

! This is inaccurate. To get to the beach one has a very steep hill to walk down. One would have to be very fit and have to run down the hill to make it even to the car park to run the 'three minutes'. Also I had visualised the 'three minutes' as a flat surface. Think you should adjust your profile.

We had a brilliant time at Keelyn.

The cottage was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It was our second stay at this cottage and we have already booked again for next year. Good sized bedrooms and the beds were comfortable, good living space and the sofas were comfortable. The garden was secure and perfect for our little dog. Absolutely no complaints and the cottage was perfect for us.

We had a great time the property was lovely and clean and well presented and fully equipped.

Loved the big shower and comfy bed I normally have issues with sleeping while away but not this time. The garden is a little haven for wild life which you can admire from the sofa or patio.I could easily pack my bags and move in tomorrow on a permanent basis.

As soon as we stepped inside Keelyn it felt like home, it is a fabulous house with everything you need.

The wonderful Crantock beach is within easy walking distance and is stunning! We ate at the Albion in the village, the food and atmosphere was great, they also allowed out 2 largish dogs in there too. We had the most relaxing, peaceful holiday and when we weren’t on the beach we sat in the south facing garden which is a sun trap and so quiet. Keelyn we LOVE YOU ❤️

Keelyn is a beautiful cottage, furnished to a very high standard.

Great location, less than 10 min walk to the beach and no more than 5 minutes to the centre of the village. Two great local pubs and well stock led village shop.

The house was excellent.

Would have been good to have a call from property manager a few days in to make sure everything was as expected.

Everything was amazing and the caretaker of the cottage was so lovely .

Mince pies , milk, coffee and tea were very much appreciated.

Absolutely love coming down to this cottage, this is the third time since summer in 2017 and will definitely be returning again next year, perfect location and is equipped with everything you need for a weeks holiday.

We stayed at Keelyn in Crantock the last week in September and when we arrived, we were early (we left home early but traffic was good) and cleaners were still in.

It was no problem at all for us to leave the car on the drive and go for a walk while they finished. The house was spotless on arrival, so thank you! Keelyn is very comfortable and cosy and has a lovely fully enclosed garden for sitting out in, especially good the week we were there, weather was fab! There is building work going on across the road and the parking by a couple of locals (not by the builders at all) could have been a pain as they did park directly opposite the drive on the narrow bit of road, but as we hardly used the car, it wasn't an issue. I did wonder if the change from Crantock Holiday Cottages to Sykes would make a difference, but it hasn't. Thanks, we had a lovely holiday...see you next year!

We had an amazing time at Keelyn fabulous house & garden & perfect location

Keelyn cottage was fabulous.

Clean, modern, very well equipped, and furnished, and decorated to a very high standard. There was nothing extra you could ask for. The location was great, only 5 minutes walk to Crantock beach and less to the village pub, and tea room. We will definitely be returning to this lovely cottage

The only issue we found was that due to the change over in management the handover procedures appeared to be overlooked.

However, the property manager rang me the same evening and confirmed details. I was also called by the customer services team the following day. The property has been refurbished by the owners with new windows and doors, which have improved the temperatures at night and look of the property. The only negative aspect of the stay, a very minor one being that the bin day appears to have changed from that listed in the guide at the property. It states Tuesday is bin day but they turned up on Monday. Therefore, we missed putting the bag out from the weekend. A lovely village and property with friendly locals and a local shop and supermarket a short distance away.

We loved Keelyn everthing was perfect and exceeded our expections, thank you so much.
