“Arrived and completely shocked, steps loose onto decking, gate slightly broken but omg the deck furniture was fit for the skip and nothing short of disgusting.”

2 chairs with mouldy backs and frames covered in rust, the sofa right arm smashed and sticking all over, I noticed this is not shown on the advertising picture but cut off, an old wooden board on sofa covering a big hole in the sofa. Cushions for outside furniture in a box with spiders and webs and snails, had to clean them first that’s even if you wanted to sit on them. Honestly I dreaded entering the caravan. Actually the caravan lodge was very good in fact I’d rate it 9/10 one of the best ...

Actually the caravan lodge was very good in fact I’d rate it 9/10 one of the best we have had. Only 2 things I’d mention are the nets and curtains on big windows trail all over the place as no one bothered adjusting them to correct height and the electric fire never worked, well the flame effect and looked nice but the heat never worked so apart from one chilly night it did not really matter. Again great caravan 9/10 and the site was good but sorry you need to pin everything outside in a skip and start again. Never sat outside once which was what we intended to do but the opening doors were great and had a great week, great as a base but you can’t walk the mile to crantock without risking been run over so glad we did not have children. Last night luckily away from us a lot of men in boy racer cars turned up started playing football right outside and it’s not a park for that with trees on it then some more boy racer cars with stupidly loud engines came in and they all gathered Erving up running engines which I would not have thought would be allowed but shop and reception closed and we were leaving at 8 am but glad we were not just turning up Saturday with that lot on site.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback following your stay. I’m really pleased to hear that you enjoyed the caravan itself and that you rated it so highly overall, and that you had a great week at Trevella. I’m very sorry that the condition of the outdoor furniture let your holiday down. Since your stay, we have replaced the damaged net curtains and have also begun replacing and refurbishing the outdoor furniture, which had deteriorated more quickly than expected due to the coastal environment. We have also addressed the gate and are checking the electric fire following your comments. I really appreciate you taking the time to highlight these issues, as guest feedback helps us improve. We want everyone who stays at Meadow 46 to have the best possible experience, both inside and outside the caravan. Thank you again, and I wish you all the very best. Property Owner
