Had a lovely week in the beach house for our 3rd stay have also booked again for next year beautiful property close to beach n pubs and Janis the owner is so friendly look forward to going back

Beach house absolutely beautiful 4 minutes to the beach and in village every thing you need shop 2 pubs and a lovely coffee shop , o central to reach other places like padstow,St ives meviggisy fowey Newquay etc also plenty of farm shops Janis the owner such a lovely person very helpful if needed we would stay again

Accommodation had everything we needed.

Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our holiday. Perfect size for a couple and a doggie. Location is amazing, just a 5 min walk to the beach and 2 lovely pubs. Having on site parking is such a bonus as the beach car parks fill up very early. Janis, the host met us on arrival and gave us information on the property and local area as it was our first visit. Very friendly and always available if needed but not intrusive. We will definitely be returning.

Fabulous place to stay.

Janice is a lovely host and made us very welcome. The accommodation was immaculate, very clean and everything we needed. We loved it so much, we have booked again for next year.

There was a wasps nest at bottom of drive every time we come in we got attacked both dogs got stung, apart from that it was lovely place to stay

This was our 4th stay at the Beach House and have already booked our 5th.

The property is in a prime position in the beautiful village of Crantock just minutes to the beach ,pubs, shop and cafe. There are lots of lovely places to visit locally but if you don’t want to use the car you can walk over to Newquay , Pentire and beyond or use the good local bus. Even when the weather isn’t kind with the accommodation being so good with a home from home feel won’t spoil your break. We have stayed in 3 other properties in the village and this is by far the best. The owners, Janis and Godfrey live next door and are really helpful and friendly and can help out with local information. If you are thinking of booking do not hesitate, you will not regret it.

Our stay was perfect.

The owners are on hand for any queries or issues and couldn't do enough for us. The property was just lovely, in the best spot for access to the village and beach. The owners also included many thoughtful touches within the property which were greatly appreciated. I cant recommend this property enough.

The owners live next door, and they strike the perfect balance: friendly, thoughtful, and available if you need anything, yet never intrusive. It made the whole experience feel even more personal and relaxed. The location is absolutely ideal. The beach is just moments away, and it’s only a one‑minute stroll into the charming village of Crantock. Whether we were walking, exploring, or simply unwinding, everything we needed was right on the doorstep. We loved every moment of our stay and are already looking forward to returning. Beautiful, clean, comfortable and functional cottage in a brilliant location.

What a little gem this property is , everything you could want for your stay .

The best accommodation we have stayed in by far , lovely and warm , comfy reclining sofa , extremely clean and well maintained . Two televisions downstairs and one in the bedroom upstairs . Fantastic bathroom with toiletries provided. The full kitchen has everything you need. The owners live next door and are lovely people who are there if you need them. This property has parking which is a premium in this lovely village . I would recommend the Beach House .

This is an exceptional property and one to which we would be very happy to return.

The Beach House is perfectly located within a stroll of the beautiful Crantock Beach and the SW Coast Path in one direction and the village centre in the other. The property is larger than the photographs suggest and beautifully equipped with good quality fixtures and fittings. It was spotlessly clean and we had everything necessary for our comfort and convenience. The owner is lovely; on hand next door and very helpful without being intrusive. There was sufficient and easily accessible parking for our large car which is a massive bonus in this area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great find, like entering into a tardis, didn’t expect it to be so spacious, had everything you could need, bed very comfortable as was the recliner couch.

Everything was perfect from the property to the location.

Loved every second and would definitely book again. The hosts were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them.

We have stayed in a few holiday lets over the years and in our opinion The Beach House beats the lot.

Good value for money if you like a bit of comfort and somewhere warm and cosy. We tend to go over the winter months so this is ideal. And there is now a nice coffee shack in the car park a few hundred yards down the lane by the beach which is a great way to end your walk and have a chat with the locals. We will be back soon.

An exceptionally nice clean & well kept accomodation, only 5 mins to the dog friendly beach which was great with our dog .

We stayed in November, the accomodation was warm & cosy with everything we needed for our stay. This was an example of how holiday let's should be.

Perfect location for Crantock and the beach and village amenities, immaculately clean, finished to a high-spec and owners next door were lovely and helpful.

Once the dogs realised you could get a side order of sausages to takeaway from the Bowgie Inn it became a daily pilgrimage they somehow led me to across the far side of the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach House.

It is conveniently placed in easy reach of the beach and the centre of the village. The house itself was comfortable with everything you might need. It had been thoughtfully stocked for our stay. This was our second stay and we would happily stay again.

Ideal location, close to beach and the village.

The property has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Small welcome pack included biscuits for both us and our dog and some jam and marmalade. Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher which was a great help and everything needed to prepare meals. Comfortable bed but watch your head as one side is below a sloped ceiling, bumped my head a few times. All in all a great place to stay and near the two pubs in the village. We had a lovely stay. Thankyou for having us and we will definitely return.

My husband and I have stayed at the Beach House three times now and we have already booked our fourth stay for next year - I think that about says it all.

The property is spotlessly clean, exactly as described and probably one of the closest property's you will get to Crantock beach. We stayed with our dogs and everything is on hand with Janis & Godfrey and absolute delight - a thoroughly lovely couple. Cant wait for our next stay!

The Beach House was an amazing little holiday home.

Janis was a great host. The house was lovely, everything we needed. A washing machine would of been a plus. Crantock beach was a short walk down the hill and the dogs absolutely loved it. The cafe by the beach was a nice stop off for a drink. Crantock village was very pretty. The C bay restaurant was a great place to eat and the views wonderful. We could of done with a bit more sunshine! But we had a relaxing, wonderful holiday and would definitely stay again. One small thing that would of been nice was two comfortable sun loungers for the decking. Thank you Janis.

The Beach House itself had every comfort we could wish for, and is obviously very well looked after. Couldn't get much closer to the beach, and just a 5 minute walk to the 2 local pubs and the bus stop. Also some lovely gorgeous walks close by. Thank you for a perfect break!

Perfect place to spend a holiday.

The property was set in the perfect location and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The Beach House was beautifully presented throughout.

Absolutely perfect accommodation set in a stunning village.

Beach - 5 minute walk. Two pubs - 3 minute walk. (The Old Albion is a cozy thatched pub with a brilliant menu). Village shop - 3 minute walk. If you need more then Newquay is only a 10 minute drive. Everything to make your stay a home-from-home is provided. The friendly owners asked if we had everything we needed and gave us helpful local advice and recommendations. They provided milk, biscuits and treats for our dog on arrival. The weather was absolutely freezing but the detached annex was snug and warm. The king size bed is so comfortable! The electric reclining sofa is a lovely luxury and the new TV has loads of channels and access to Netflix, Amazon, etc. The entire property has had an entire makeover. It is modern but practical and beautifully presented. Loved the roomy rainfall shower and free-standing bath. Very handy being able to park directly outside on a driveway. We had a large dog with us and it was easy to walk him down the road to grass areas. The beach is wonderful and there are plenty of walks to nearby villages. Crantock is fairly central in Cornwall, so day trips to the south and west coasts, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Helligan etc. is possible. The Beach House was the perfect stay.

We really loved our stay at the Beach House.

The house is compact but has everything you might need. The owner has really considered what guests might need and tried to provide. We thought it was the most thoughtfully stocked of any house we have stayed in. In summer it will be perfect for the beach but it was lovely for us in the middle of winter. There really are many reasons why this place makes a super stay.

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks at The Beach House.

The property is lovely and stylish, bright and airy and extremely comfortable. A perfect spot for relaxing and only a short walk from the magnificent Crantock Beach and coastal path. Perfect location for the beach and village.Thankyou Janice and Godferry for your help and advise..local knowledge on the best walks and places to visit..The house is a real home from home ( but a washing machine would be nice Janice )..loverly sunsets sat on the deck of an evening..or watching the traffic que for the beach in a morning ( the lane does get busy ) but really once your parked on the drive leave the car..5 min walk to beach or village..two loverly pubs..bus stop into Newquay..coastal path walk to Polly Joke cove...after which you Have to have a meal n a pint at the Bowgie..stunning views of Crantock bay ( card payment ONLY ?

An ideally located property close to the beach and village amenities.

Pets welcome downstairs a short walk is necessary for dogs comfort breaks. The property has all that two people would need for holiday at Crantock and we would definitely recommend to others.

Firstly I would like to thane the owners communication was spot on even received a phone call on the day to say the previous tenants had left early which meant we could have early check in as all was ready. Greeted on arrival just to say welcome and anything we needed just knock. When you enter its lovely and bright amazingly spotless and nice fresh feel. This is perfect for 2 people with great detail gone into everything every room suits the beech house and in an ideal for the beech and the local amenities and a big bonus having your own parking space right outside your door. Looking at dates next year to re book.

The owner was lovely and really appreciated the call to say the property was ready early if we arrived we could go straight in.

The property was lovely with high end appliances and very clean and great location with a 5 minute stroll to the beach. If I had to criticise I would have liked a washing machine instead of a dishwasher.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at the Beach House.

The property was so warm and comfortable with every amenity you would need. It was very close to the beach and in a quaint village with two pubs and a village shop The cottage was furnished to a very high spec and was scrupulously clean. Our hosts were so friendly and accommodating.

The Beach House was a fantastic retreat for us and our two dogs.

Just 5mins walk to the beach as well as a shop and two pubs - what more do you need? The house is very well equipped with a very comfortable king size bed in a spacious attic room, the reclining settee was super comfy, the kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is spacious - nice to have a large shower AND bath. There is nothing I would suggest to improve, it was immaculately clean and very well presented. The owners Janis and Godfrey are very friendly, helpful, warm and generous hosts. I would highly recommend. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a lovely stay at the Beach House.

Clean and comfortable with everything you need. Ideal spot to walk to the beach and along the coast path with our two small dogs. Would happily stay again. Village pubs welcoming and C-Bay bar/restaurant is definitely worth a visit, a pleasant walk along coastal path, dog friendly, great views and food. A great week had - thank you.

Janis made us & the hound feel so welcome when we arrived.

The cottage is in an enviable location. A few minutes to either the beach pubs or well stocked local store. It’s a bright and airy cottage which as well as being fresh & clean was superbly equipped. The appliances, Crockery, cutlery, are high end. The bed is really comfy with great pillows & a Hypnos mattress. There are some nice little touches too like being left things you need when you arrive….tea towels, a hose outside to get the sand off & most importantly, everything for a tea or coffee after your journey. Even a jug of fresh milk in the kitchen. The village itself is really pleasant. Two great pubs which are both dog friendly & produce great food drinks with superb staff who bend over backwards to make sure you enjoy your lunch or dinner. The beach & estuary are really stunning & again, dog friendly all year round. I would recommend this property & Crantock to everyone. We had a superb relaxing stay. There is some building work next door but the builders are friendly & considerate & the work is going on inside so it doesn’t affect your relaxation. Hope this gives you some info & sorry if I rambled on a bit but if you enjoy Cornwall you should really visit. Have a great hol as we did. Mark Ruff.(we stayed mid October)

We had a lovely week staying at The Beach house.

The house was very well equipped, plenty of room and absolutely spotless owners Janis and Godfrey clean and look after the house to a very very high standard! The drive way is shared with the owners but has plenty of room for two family sized cars. We had a phone call to say that the property was ready and that we could check in earlier than the stated check in time which is always great after a long journey to Cornwall. On arrival we were greeted by Janis who was very friendly and helpful she also shared her local knowledge about the local area and suggestions of places to visit and pubs/restaurants to eat at during out stay. There were coffee pods for the Tasimo coffee machine, ground coffee, biscuits, washing up liquid, sponge, dishwasher tablets, tea towels and a dog treat for our four legged friend waiting inside for us not sure what else the previous reviewer wanted from a welcome pack as everything had been taken care of for us. The bed is very comfortable, the bed linen, towels were all very clean, the reclining sofa is also very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were absolutely spotless, there was even a doggy mat to place the dogs food and water bowls on. Owners Janis and Godfrey are two of the nicest people that we have ever met very welcoming and friendly passed each other most days when walking the dog as they were walking theirs. Can not recommend this property enough! we will 100% be returning in the near future.

This was our second visit to the beach house and truly as good as the first time The property offers everything you could wish for, its location is perfect for great walks on the beach or coastal paths.

Or if you prefer you can relax in the village, where there two pubs and a lovely coffee shop. This place is perfect, park the car forget about it . We were disappointed there was no welcome package.

Even when we have stayed in low budget accommodation we have had one. When I pulled onto the small drive I was a bit nervous as the owner stood watching with arms folded & first words were "Are you going to leave it there?" Then she said it was ok which it obviously wasn't (moved it next day as we had long journey there). Not really dog friendly - I felt so uncomfortable at first that our dog might jump onto the new sofa & might go upstairs - this is clearly a 'no no'. You will know what I mean when you meet the owner - whose property is sooo overlooking the converted garage we stayed in. No real privacy unless you're inside & at currently not even then. Builders are working on property next door so we had to keep the velux window blind in bedroom closed or they would have seen us in all our glory! Of course there was nothing the owner could do about that. We thought the enclosed decking area was larger than it actually was and the wall is low - our dog is small but could easily jump over. Nowhere for her to do her 'business'. HOWEVER - the 'cottage' has been converted beautifully - if smaller than it looks on photos; immaculately clean & the most comfy bed! Two minute walk to the beach & a pub up the road that does decent food. Not for us again as I like to feel 'private' in the accommodation & also like to feel welcome - which we didn't really.

My wife,dog Molly and myself had a wonderful 7 day stay at the beech house.

The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay and reflects a home from home stay with great touches in the accommodation. Wonderful beech 10 minutes away, great pubs and restaurants nearby with excellent menus. Janis and Godfrey are perfect hosts, never intrusive and always on hand whenever needed, it was a pleasure to meet them both and definitely will be back.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at The Beach House!

Clean, modern and very comfortable and spacious it was ideal for us and our dog. The beautiful beach is just a few minutes walk away as are the pubs in Crantock. We were lucky to have excellent weather all week and didn’t need to use the car at all! The owners live next door and were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay again

The property was ideal for us, clean comfortable and not to large for keeping tidy.

It was nicely furnished and equipped with all the necessary utensils! The only thing that is missing is a garden, but we knew that and we still had a brilliant time!

Fantastic place to stay!

Great location with 5mins walk down to Crantock beautiful beach! We enjoyed walking over the little bridge and the walk into Newquay. Peaceful little village with everything you need, from a corner shop to two pubs.. the Cornishman was our fav! and jam jar is lovely place to get a pizza and coffee. The Beach House was lovely. Janis was really helpful and gave us some great advice about the local area. The kitchen was really well equipped with all we needed, although I electric hob was bit hard to use. The house felt very clean and fresh. We loved chilling on the evening in the reclining sofa. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The Beach House was perfect for the two of us and our Labrador, it's surprisingly spacious and is immaculate.

Janis takes cleaning seriously

We have just returned from a weeks stay at The Beach House.

This is by far the very best holiday accommodation we have stayed at in the last five years. We had two dogs with us and the property and amenities were perfect. The owners Janice and Godfrey live next door and couldnt have been more helpful and yet very respectful of our privacy. The property is spotlessly clean with alot of thought has gone into ensuring the stay is comfortable. Its a short walk to the two village pubs, shop and Jam Jar for lovely cakes, coffee or pizza. Dog walks are wonderful - a few minutes to Crantock Beach, the coastal walk to Polly Joke or the Gannel walk with Newquay a short drive away or walking via the Gannel at low tide and a small bridge. Driveway parking is just outside, this is shared with the hosts but you both have your section of the driveway to park very easily, there are also open views to the field opposite which is lovely to watch the local fox's and wildlife sunbath. A sincere thank you to our hosts, like many other reviews and feedback, we will be back next year!

The Beach house is a real find.

It’s beautiful and clean and has everything you need for two people to have a comfortable stay. The hosts are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The Beach house has very easy access to the beach. We will be back!

We have recently returned from our stay in the beach house at Crantock.

As always we have had a great time. We have stayed lots of times at this lovely holiday let and the hosts Janice and Godfrey are fabulous people very helpful and friendly and are always willing to help with anything asked of them! The beach house is very well equipped, clean and extremely comfortable and literally a few hundred metres from the beach, dog walks and amenities. I would have no hesitation in recommending the beach house to anyone.

We live in strange times at the moment, but the moment you step inside the Beach House all is forgotten.

We arrived together with our Labrador and were.

warmly welcomed by the landlords who are a lovely couple, the property was modern, clean, and had everything we needed, we stayed for 2 weeks in this ideally situated peaceful cottage and would highly recommend this property

The house was brilliant but my issue has always been that you kept our money from April 2020 to May 2021 and refused to rearrange our holiday, necessary due to Covid-19, whilst just keeping our deposit.

That meant that we could not book another break later in 2020 and pay for last week's holiday in 2021. You were extremely hard to make contact with and I found your attitude intransigent. The accommodation was great and my comments above are no reflection on them, but on Sykes as a Company.

We stayed in the beach house crantock Cornwall last week 8th to the 10 may 2021 we had a fabulous holiday the beach house is in a perfect location plenty of walks eating places especially the jam jar and the Bowgie inn a fabulous beach which is dog friendly and a lovely nature walk with in a few yards from our front door our hosts Janice and Godfrey are fabulous people very helpful and friendly we are have already booked for 2022 and looking for 2023

Lovely property, near to beach, easy walk to beach and south west costal path.

Easy walk to village with local well stocked shop and pub. Property was very clean and tidy, lovely and warm despite poor weather.Plenty of hot water. Kitchen has everything you needed to cook meals. Owners who live next door were very helpful and polite. Good adherence to covid safety. This delightful property has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable holiday break. We hope to return soon.

Very high quality finish & great location for Crantock beach & surrounding areas. (Only thing missing was a washing machine). The owners who live next door were lovely & very helpful..

Lovely property close to beach, shop and local Inn.

There are fabulous walks on the door step. However, we were disturbed every night by the Parish Church bells, these would sound every half hour throughout the night. We were informed by the locals get use to this, as visitors we didn't. We feel this should be pointed out to any potential future guests. This is certainly not a lower priced property, it is a lovely property. But thè potential disturbance should definately be mentioned prior to accepting bookings.. The owners do not currently specify this as a possible problem, in our opinion they should do. The property location is an excellent base, we nearly didn't use the car wll week.

Chosen for its close proximity to the beach this property didn’t disappoint.

A fabulous home from home to relax in after enjoying long walks on the beach. The owners greeted us on arrival and where very friendly, helpful and informative. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this cottage says excellence , it was spotlessly clean, attention to detail and high quality, location was fantastic and host very welcoming.

We have stayed at the Beach House several times now and are never disappointed.

The comfort and cleanliness and location so close to the beach are fantastic and always assured a warm welcome from the owners. The wi fi is great too so was able to get Netflix and do some work on the lap top during the worse of the October storms.

It's been 3 weeks since we returned from The Beach House and in that time we have not come up with any negative comments whatsoever.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, from start to finish. The owners greeted us with a very warm welcome outside the property and upon entering The Beach House you could not help to notice just how clean everything was. A Covid safe environment is definitely at the forefront of the owners mind and it immediately put us at ease. This was our second stay at TBH and we are very much looking forward to a third stay next year, but I feel we may struggle to get a booking as this is such a great place and fantastic reviews won't help this, but we can only say what we think: Superb property, Ultra clean, Everything you could ever need and best of all Great owners.a real credit to you Godfrey and Janice. Excellent cottage in a wonderful location with easy parking and incredibly close to the beach and amenities in the village.

Clean and comfortable throughout with plenty of room inside. The decking area is bright and benefits from the sun late into the evening.

The Beach House is impeccably presented, attention to detail is very noticeable.

The owners made us feel very welcome and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay - we did! Crantock is a lovely village, with pub, shop, and places to eat. The coastline views are spectacular when you take a walk over towards Holywell. We are looking to return next year - nothing but praise for this beautiful house, and location.

Perfection location.

Great facilities in vilaage to eat, drink and shop, you could park the car and not use it all week if you wished. Great beach, busy but so big that there is no need to get close to anyone. The accommodation was immaculate, modern, light, airy, clean, comfortable-the photos barely do it justice. The owners were really welcoming and obviously wanted us to enjoy our stay which we certainly did.

Had a fantastic week here with my husband and 2 dogs.

Cottage had everything you needed and was spotlessly clean. We had rung the owner a week before arrival to say we were bringing our own bedding. The sitting out area was a suntrap on the afternoon and would often sit out with a glass of gin or wine and enjoy the sunshine. The beach road outside the cottage was always busy with queuing traffic but you were still able to get on and off drive. Couple of minutes walk to the lovely beach which was very dog friendly. A couple of pubs in the village, we only tried one and a shop where you could get your basics. Big Morrisons only a 10 minute drive away. Would highly recommend cottage to friends.

Sorry so late we loved the beach house perfect for both of us and molly our dog, couple who owned it lived next door and were lovely hope when we can eventually go back we will stay again Simon and marian

The house was superb and all the facilities were perfect.

It was in a great location for the beach, for walks and cycle rides. The hosts were friendly, ever present but invisible. Highly recommended.

The owners were very welcoming upon arrival and departure. The accommodation has everything you need for an extremely comfortable and relaxing break. We would definitely return and would highly recommend this property.

Not really, everything was great

We have stayed here several times now and have already booked again for next October.

The owners are always so friendly and the accommodation spotless and we always get left an extra gifts which this time were chocolate and wine and some very nice toiletries to use.

We have just spent a week at The Beach House and found that Sykes have got it wrong.

Sykes advertised this property as 5 ticks, but this was not true. If should be 6+ on a five star rating. The property is fabulous, with attention to detail in its finish, clenleness and overall welcoming feel, it really is a credit to the owners. The owners, who we met, could not have been more hospitable if they had tried. The Beach House is a real gem, but please don't book it when we want to come back (already booked for next year it was that good) and almost forgot to mention, very dog friendly, provided they are well behaved). Cannot reckoned this property enough. Thanks for a great stay. Paul, Jacky and Alfie.

The Cottage is immaculate clean and contemporary.

.but I was mislead by the pictures which made it appear to have a garden which lead to the beach..no garden nowhere for the do to go out and have a wee just a very small decking... pictures of the outside were very misleading. Each dog friendly cottage we have atayed at before, we were sllowed to leave our very old very well behaved dog in the house as he is just too old to be dragged around all day. But they were heartless so not dog freindly at all as far as we were concerned

Hi standard holiday cottage that would highly recommend.

This is the second time we have stayed here and was just as good as last time.

Very clean and the owners are lovely and also did a mini clean and changed bedding and towels etc since we stayed for two weeks.Already booked for October before we left so that days it all really.

The Beach House is highly recommended, good location, very comfortable and well presented. We have stayed in most of the holiday rentals in Crantock and consider this to be the best, which is also looked after by a very nice and friendly couple.

Beach Cottage was a brilliant find, very close to Crantock beach and wonderful walks along the sand dunes and coastal path.

Beautifully clean cottage and lots of extras for us to enjoy and use. The owners living next door were very hospitable and friendly.

The cottage is in a wonderful location with a short stroll to either the beach or local pub.

The cottage itself is ideal for two although there is no washer/dryer available.

An excellent appartment in a great location.

Has everything you want for a holiday at any time of the year. Janus, the lady proprietor was lovely and was available at anytime to answer ant queries we may have had as her house is adjacent to the appartment. The appartment is only about 100 yards from the beach and a few minutes walk from the village. We went at Xmas time and the village lights are superb. It was just like visiting a 'Winter Wonderland'! All in all a lovely place to stay and we intend going back there again in the summer.

The only thing that people need to be aware of is that there is no en suite and you have to go up and down stairs in the night to the toilet.

The owners here are delightful with out being intrusive, the property is spotless and a couple of minutes from the most glorious beach. We had a fabulous time!!

We visited the Beach House in 2016 and loved it but the recent renovations have escalated it to another level!

The work has been done to a very high standard and everything has been done thoughtfully to make your holiday extra special. The position is first class, just 4 mins to the dog friendly beach one way and in the opposite direction 2 pubs, tea rooms and local shop. The owners who live next door are very helpful and friendly without interfering. Looking at other cottages for next year I doubt we'll find anything to match up, the Beach House has spoilt us so we'll certainly be back I would recommend it to even the fusiest holiday maker!

Just got back from a wonderful week staying at the Beach Cottage Crantock.

Wonderful location close to most beautiful beach ( 3 mins walk) and village amenities similar distance . Great local pub. Accommodation is lovely. Spacious downstairs living area/ kitchen and large bedroom upstairs. All very clean and modern. Owners live next to property . This would normally put me off slightly but Janis and Godfrey are most welcoming and do not intrude in any way. They are there if you need anything or need any local knowledge. My only comment, but not a criticism as it is a personal point of view, is that there is no clothes washer/ dryer.There is a dishwasher ,but for 2 people I would rather have facility to wash clothes than wash dishes. As it happened we had great weather so no dirty muddy walking clothes. I highly recommend The Beach house as a fantastic place to stay.

Lovely cottage in a great location a few hundred yards from the beautiful crantock beach.

Well equipped and comfortable but marked it down slightly on accuracy as is advertised as having wifi but there is only wifi signal in the bedroom. Wasn't a big problem for me (quite nice to shut off from the world!) but my husband is self employed and wifi was a key driver when choosing our holiday. Needs a booster or its own supply. Everything else couldn't be faulted on this lovely place owned by a lovely couple!

The beach house and its owners are both equally lovely, the property itself is well equipped and has everything you need for a holiday.

Perfect hosts who made some excellent suggestions of where to go. Wifi not brilliant but the hosts are aware and doing all they can to rectify this.
