“This has been so far the best property I've ever stayed in the UK by a mile!”

Everything was above perfection in every aspect. Property was pitch perfect cleaned and the contact/customer service provided by the owner before and after arrival exceeded expectations. You can see by the pictures how good the places looks... well it's even more beautifull live. Totally recommend this property (I'll come back for sure).

Inny Brook Burrow, part of the Inny Brook boutique cottage collection, is an idyllic rural cottage situated in the vale of the River Inny directly on the river with panoramic far reaching views across the vale.

Situated on the edge of Bodmin Moor and within easy reach of 5 of the most amazing beaches North Cornwall has to offer, you'll find the location is the perfect place to explore both countryside and coast of Cornwall.

Inny Brook Burrow is a newly renovated cottage, having been converted from a 2 bed property into a much larger and even better proportioned sumptuous 1 bed cottage the Burrow is unique with the added addition of a second river fronted lounge which has been set up and can be utilised as a dressing room/home office/sun room/cocktail lounge or art studio or quiet reading space. Inny Brook Burrow is a real gem for a relaxing vacation or sporting base, and as we welcome and cater for all your canine companions too, with a stock fenced contemporary riverside camellia garden you can all unwind and uncork safely in an idyllic retreat.

There are even Otters which frequent the river and an abundance of wildlife to glimpse including kingfisher & cows all from the cosy riverside garden arbour seat. Inside, the larger open-plan living space is a true experience, right from the entrance porch with handmade Carn Pottery vases the warmth and welcoming feel with local pottery, original art lining the walls and sumptuous contemporary decor, with stylish leather sofas, retro bar, leather dining and arm chairs and a 3 seater sofa with oversized love seat double armchair, walnut furniture throughout all centred around a high end hi-tech holographic fire, which requires no wood (excellent for reducing our carbon footprint) and no cleaning you can fill the room with a warm crackling ambience all year round, just flick a switch for an all year round open fire experience to welcome you home after a day out exploring. Unwinding is central to the Burrow experience, with 2 lounges there's ample space to retreat.

And with complimentary movies on a HD ready TV with Netflix, the master chef can get to work in the modern well equipped kitchen.

Cornwall is famed for its food, so why not shuck some fresh oysters or steam your own foraged fresh mussels direct from the beach, with Moules steamers and recipe books and equipment and guidance on how to forage safely and locally, from the nearby beach at Trebarwith Strand or Polzeath. On arrival check in is self serviced, with dedicated river front parking, as soon as you enter be sure to indulge in the infamous cornish scones provided by the owner, while your canine companion enjoys their own natural treats (if booked). With a dedicated bar trolley, champagne bucket or for a complimentary coffee the kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine and milk frother, and stylish ceramic afternoon tea service, you get to choose how you uncork and unwind.
