Lovely views - very comfortable.

Only a 15 minute walk from Perranporth. We recommend the walk to St Agnes too.

Really enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper, the house was very clean and well appointed.

The views of the beach and cliff are beautiful, would definitely stay again.

A fantastic house - stunning views, spacious and beautifully decorated, cosy and comfortable.

We loved popping out onto the cliff path to watch the sunset over the sea, as well as seeing the sunrise from the amazing living room windows. Great base for exploring Perranporth and St Agnes areas. The walk down into Perranporth and the beach is short but quite steep as others have said.

Excellent accommodation and in a great spot for access to cliff walks and beach.

We hand an absolutely incredible stay here.

It was a great base from which we made so many new and lovely memories from. It was the perfect place to come home to each evening, with outstanding views and all the mod cons you could need for a stay. Its location offered great walks and the walk to the main beach in Perranporth is easily manageable, we did this most mornings and each evening enjoyed the sunset from the cliffs. We would definitely stay again.

Reasonable standard of fitness required to appreciate the fantastic coastal walks.

This property ticked all our boxes.

The situation was spectacular, it was comfortable (the beds especially), it was well equipped, warm and a lovely space which we shared with our family (ages ranging from 73 down to 12). As surfers and body boarders the outside "shower off " was brilliant. This was our first time in this property and entering it for the first time we were greeted by a clean, well maintained and clearly loved home as was evident by all the sea themed touches. The accommodation was superb.

Very clean and tidy. Everything you would need to make the stay great. Wonderful views of the surrounding area on the balcony.

Had a fantastic stay (again).

Everything was great, but we couldn't find oven gloves anywhere - we had to use the tea towels, which isn't particularly safe when getting things in and out of the oven.

beautiful property could not fault it,spotlessley clean how ever the only thing that let it down was the garden , it was really overgrown and in need of attention we had two small children in our party who were wanting to go out and play in it ,but it was in that badly need of attention that we could not.

Good location, modern and clean

The house was excellent, comfortable and everyone slept well and we especially appreciated the wash station by the front door.

The only thing we would suggest is that there is a pot big enough to cook pasta for 5 or 6 people (we used the large frying pan for a small amount of pasta) and perhaps provide salt, pepper and cooking oil, because no one wants to travel with those things.

The property as amazing in a beautiful location, 15 minute walk to the beach, longer coming back due to being uphill but we all enjoyed the walk.

We went exploring the surrounding area a few times, walking to the Cligga Head Wolframite Mine site as the sun was setting made for some amazing views. We ate out at a few of the local options, "The Waterfront" (topped fries to die for), "No.4 Breakfast and Bistro" (we went for an amazing evening meal) and "The Cove" (for breakfast) and none of them disappointed, all served delicious food, with smiling, friendly staff .We would definitely return to Sandpiper with the only downside for us being the lack of garden furniture which meant when we had BBQ's we had to carry the food back upstairs to eat around the table, other than that Sandpiper was perfect.

Lovely house and the view is amazing.

Its position is brilliant for the coastal path walks. As the sun is to the rear in the afternoon and evening it is a shame that there is no outdoor furniture that can be used in the car park area. Such provision would make a brilliant addition. Also the provision of a clothes hook or similar in the en-suite would be helpful.

The house was lovely and had a great location.

It was clean and well maintained. However, There was a wood burner - one of the reasons for booking- but there were no tools to use with it so we couldn't use it. When we rang up to ask we were told that there should be things in a cupboard. There weren't. We fed this back and heard nothing else. Better chopping boards and a larger saucepan would also be beneficial

This place felt like a home away from home!

It was soo clean and comfortable. The upside down living was something else and made the most of the views available. The little extra touches such as the welcome gifts and some cleaning supplies were very handy. We took full advantage of the games/pack of cards available in the living room on an evening with the children. We would definitely book again x

Wonderful place with amazing view from the living room and balcony.

Had everything you need, very clean and very comfortable. Only one issue was that it was stated as a short stroll to the beach etc which it was but didn’t say it was a steep climb back. Ok for most of our party except one so had to either drive and park or try to catch a bus (waited hour and an half on one day) every time we went down to the beach or to have a meal. Otherwise it was a fantastic place to stay.

Fantastic property in a great location.

Spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend to others and would definitely stay again. Very minor recommendations for improvements are... 1) perhaps some clothes pegs to be provided for the line in garden 2) a couple of decent chopping boards (one for veg/fruit & the other for meat). What was provided (some flexible plastic sheets) were not really adequate. In fact they look identical to the place mats and as such were placed in the drawer with them, so we couldn't find them initially. 3) some additional hand towels per person would be nice, especially for the people using the shared bathroom.
