“Beautiful accommodation in a quiet area.”

Not much in St Austell except good supermarkets. All rooms are a good size with balconies off lounge and en suite bedroom. Well stocked and clean. I was impressed.

“We loved this apartment, it had everything we needed and more.”

We didn’t cook because we ate out with family who were staying nearby, but the kitchen was very well equipped had we chosen to. The apartment was lovely and light, very comfortable and beautifully decorated and maintained. The grounds were very nicely landscaped and the whole area was quiet. The private beach was great, a real bonus, quite a steep path with steps at the bottom so perhaps not suitable for everyone. We would like to thank the owners for letting us stay in their lovely apartment. We recommend it to others without any hesitation and would like to stay again.

“Stayed here as a couple .”

Apartment absolutely immaculate , spacious and really well equipped . lovely walks to Charlestown which we did everyday either via the private gate to coast path or on the road . Did not cook at all but everything there if you did No dishwasher and double bed in main room a little small for us . Blessed with some lovely autumn sun and even sat on the balcony with our books . Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends/family .

“Excellent property!”

We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning! The property is very spacious, all amenities and everything we could need was provided. It’s furnished beautifully with very comfy beds and sofas, bathrooms and kitchen were modern and well equipped. We loved the local art work! Everything was well laid out and easy to access. The property is accessible and ideal for those with mobility issues, there is a lift to the first floor from parking but also street access through an alternative entrance which was very helpful. The local area is beautiful with lots to do and some excellent restaurants a stones throw away. 10/10 - highly recommended!

A delightful and much sought-after coastal village of stone cottages and Regency houses, on the south coast near St. Austell. Famous for its collection of tall ships riding at anchor in the harbour, the shipwreck museum, excellent pubs and restaurants and easy access to the coastal path, Charlestown is the perfect holiday destination. It has even been used as a filming location, most well-known for appearing in Poldark. The area is rich in golf courses with Carlyon Bay and Porthpean close by. The picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey is 6 miles away by car, while the Lost Gardens of Heligan, several stately homes and gardens and the fabulous Eden Project are all within 5 miles, with Newquay and North Cornwall coast 17 miles away.
