“We've had an amazing family stay in flat 2.”

The flat itself is absolutely gorgeous and located in a beatififul spot overlooking the sea. What a blissful sight to awaken to each morning. Situated between Porth Beach & Watergate Bay it's ideal for sand & surf lovers. We will be highly recommending flat 2 to everyone we know. Just 2 little gripes, the first being the outside patio area. This was for us, and I'm sure many others, the main selling point of the accommodation. What better place to sit and sip a cuppa or eat lunch overlooking the sea. Sadly though, the patio furniture is in a poor state and the metal is all rusted. One of the chairs was rusted so badly it had snapped leaving dangeous rusty spikes. The plants are also too overgrown so once siting out there, the view of the sea is obstructed. A new patio set & a bit of TLC with the plants is all it would take to have this place perfect. The second little gripe is the boiler. We used the heating very briefly for one evening when it turned a little chilly. The boiler was intermittently rumbling and vibrating incredibly loud (kettling). It was very concerning so we turned it off. This is something that needs to be addressed ASAP as can lead to terrible consequences if left. Possibly a good service could fix this. To anyone reading. These are the only 2 minuses in an abundance of plusses this property presents. It truly is absolutely gorgeous. Once sorted, this is the perfect pad!
