Chycoos is a lovely cottage.

Very clean and had everything that we needed for an enjoyable stay. Easy and safe parking outside the property. Location is good for exploring Cornwall. We met the owner Lynda who was very friendly and assured us that we could contact her should we need. Lovely traditional pub, The Cornish Arms is a 20 minute walk.

We had a wonderful stay.

The accommodation had everything we needed as we explored the beautiful coasts of Cornwall. Lynda greeted us when we arrived and we immediately felt welcomed. The accommodation was clean and all the facilities worked well. Each room was modern and tastefully designed. The bed was so comfy too. We had our own garden, which was lovely to sit in when we made food and relaxed after a busy day. The flowers were in full bloom and the roses smelt lovely. Thank you for such a peaceful stay, we'd recommend staying here.

Chycoose is absolutely beautiful!

This was our 3rd year staying at this holiday accommodation and we hope to return next year too. I would definitely recommend, obviously! Lynda and Andy are lovely people, very welcoming and helpful. We are already looking forward to next year's holiday.

The situation and accommodation were excellent.

The hosts,Andy and Lynda were very nice and welcoming, and a bottle of prosecco made it even better. I would highly recommend Chycoose.

The holiday apartment was extremely clean and comfortable with all the necessary equipment for an enjoyable stay.

It was a good place to relax and unwind. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. There was a helpful booklet with information of places to eat out and places to visit. Also useful information on how to use the appliances if needed.

Great location for exploring Cornwall and a fabulous base from which to do that exploring.

Perfectly set up for a couple, and with friendly & helpful owners next door. It has everything you need for a self-catering holiday. We cannot fault Chycoose in any way and can understand why it receives great reviews and has guest book reviews from returning couples. Book this holiday home … you won’t regret it!

This is the second time we have stayed at Chycoose.

We had a holiday there last year and loved it so we decided to return this year. It is very well equipped and comfortable and has everything you need for a great holiday. Cornwall is beautiful and staying at Chycoose makes it even better. We are already thinking about booking for next year! Many thanks to Lynda and Andy.

The owners had gone the extra mile in terms of the spacious living area, fabulous shower room and the most comfortable bed we could wish for. We could not have asked for more.

A wonderful holiday property, ideally situated for exploring Cornwall.

Very clean, and very well equipped. The host were very welcoming and helpful. Couldn’t speak more highly of them. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Would highly recommend the local pub at Frogpool. The Cornish Arms.

Lovely bright and airy holiday home.

The secluded garden outside the large patio doors was just perfect.Very relaxing environment. Easy to get to anywhere quickly on south or north shores. Charming and helpful hosts.

Absolutely loved my very short stay.

It was so quiet and peaceful which was really appreciated. Would thoroughly recommend this place. Did not have a chance to meet the owners, as I was visiting my wife in Truro Hospital every day. Just what I needed to return to for some welcome rest and relaxation.

Lynda and Andy have created a beautiful retreat which is furnished to a high standard and exceptionally clean and tidy.

Everything has been catered for. Perfect hosts - welcoming and friendly. Lovely walks were local produce can be bought. Great pub - Cornish Arms within walking distance. Would thoroughly recommend “Pauline’s Fish Pie” (only served Thursday-Saturday). Will definitely return to Chycoose and thanks for making our holiday so memorable.

Peaceful and quiet but within easy reach of both Truro and Falmouth, and well placed for exploring Cornwall. Excellent pub nearby. Lynda and Andy the owners are very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely holiday.

Beautiful chalet in large grounds.

Lynne and Andy were wonderful hosts who were there when needed,but left us alone if not required. The property is somewhat isolated which suited us but in central Cornwall just south of Truro so visiting different places was within our easy reach. The accomodation is as described and more, providing everything we needed. We will return again.

Gorgeous holiday cottage in relaxing surroundings.

Beautiful property.

Stylish and a real wow. Owners very friendly and welcoming. Very quiet and peaceful location but maybe a little remote for some. Lots of narrow roads to negotiate. But would definitely go again.

This place is amazing.

Chycoose is a beautiful holiday cottage in a pretty part of Cornwall.

Lynda and Andy are the perfect hosts, nothing is too much trouble. They were exceptionally helpful when I fell and broke my leg. And made my husband even more welcome. Thank you so much!!

Our stay at the Chycoose Cottage was perfect in every way.

After long drives visiting the many locations in Cornwall, it was a pleasure to come home to this superb property to relax. It's very well presented, clean and modern throughout, and a private garden too. Well done Lynda & Andy.

Great location to explore all of Cornwall. It is a credit to the owners. It is lovely and quiet, but only a 20 minute stroll to a great pub.

This is an exceptionally comfortable ,very clean, and well equipped cottage.

In spite of very wet and windy weather we had a great time. The cottage is in reach of some of Cornwall's beauty spots. We recommend, Gwennap Pit, Truro, Pendennis Castle and the Maritime museum in Falmouth.

We really enjoyed our time with you and managed to see some of the gardens and the amazing camellias thriving so well in Cornwall at this time of year.

We thought the local bus services were brilliant and saved driving around and finding somewhere to park. Lynda and Andy have planned the decoration and fittings at the cottage to a vey high standard, and everything was in place for all our catering and relaxation needs. Thoroughly recommended. Martin.

Incredible place to stay.

We had a lovely relaxing stay, it was our first holiday this year, we always come down to Cornwall every year.

Lynda was very helpful and friendly, and tried to help to accomodate my disability. I have spinal problems and sofas can be a problem for me. While the sofa is very comfy for most, it's not for me but I managed with some patio furniture that they had. Everything else was spot on. Lovely little private garden, and the main garden was a joy to see. We wouldn't rule out visiting Chycoose again next year. June and John - Brixham Devon

Excellent hope to come again in a couple of years

We had an excellent stay at Chycoose.

The cottage was spotlessly clean and the attention to detail was first class. Linda and Andy were very welcoming and in addition to the information book in the cottage, they providing really useful tips to make our stay more comfortable. The location for us was perfect to allow us to visit walks on both north and south Cornish coastlines. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chycoose and will be back ... if its not booked up !!

This property is ideally situated for visiting many areas.

it is a lovely modern property, set in a peaceful rural area. Everything provided for a comfortable stay. WiFi perfect. The train station with free parking is close by enabling easy journeys to Truro and Falmouth. Thank you to Lynda and Andy who were always available if needed.

The property was everything I hoped it would be.

The weather was appalling but Chycoose was so cosy and warm and comfortable that I hardly noticed.

Lynda & Andy were excellent hosts.

Chycoose is modern, bright and has all the amenities you need. The kitchen is well stocked, washing machine huge help as we were there for two weeks. The shower room is great, so spacious and power of water was fantastic. WiFi worked well. Heating when we needed. Our hosts made sure we had everything. We were lucky with weather so sat outside a few times and went for walks in the large garden. Follow the hosts directions. SatNav will get you there but the host’s directions take you through the wider roads. It is a short 10-15 minute drive to almost everywhere so very well located. Truro has everything you need, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Chycoose was a great choice for us. Loved the place and would recommend.

The annex was equipped with everything you could want. Ideally located to travel all over Cornwall. We enjoyed getting the train to various places too, as the station has free parking and was only about a mile from the property. Great pub in the village, but probably best to book if you're wanting to eat there. Fantastic hosts, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Located in a quiet rural setting but within easy travelling distance to many popular holiday destinations.

The Holiday Cottage was fantastic.

Set on lovely grounds the owners have thought of everything to create a brilliant stay. What is great about this place is the small things - things you don't think of until its there. The layout of the place is fantastic. It is clean, modern and very comfortable. This place would be lovely to stay in whether in the summer or the winter. The owners are fantastic and accommodating. Loved our stay at Chycoose and will definitely aim to stay here again.

Beautiful accommodation, comfy bed, great shower and loved that we could open the sitting room doors right up and enjoy the sunshine whilst having our morning coffee on the sofa. Hosts really friendly and available to help with anything you need without being intrusive.

Lynda and Andy provided everything you thought you needed and we had a lovely stay.

Definitely don’t follow the sat nav for the last few miles, use the directions provided, it will be a much safer journey. You get used to the narrow roads quite quickly though. If I’m being super picky, an umbrella for use in the garden would be great to allow you to sit out a bit more and enjoy the nice outside space when it’s really sunny. Finally, we did go and buy a deep mattress topper as we were staying for two weeks and we needed a little more comfort than the bed provided, but it’s each to their own when it comes to comfort.

We had a lovely stay at Chycoose and found the location to be very convenient for visiting the places we wanted to explore on our holiday.

Andy and Lynda were great hosts, they were very helpful and made us feel welcome.

We had a wonderful stay at Chycoose over Christmas and the owners were very accommodating and helpful at every stage of our booking and during our stay.

The welcome gifts were a lovely surprise and greatly appreciated. The owners asked if we would like a Christmas tree putting up which we gratefully accepted, and the cottage had been beautifully decorated ahead of our arrival. The cottage itself is stylish, beautifully furnished and very comfortable - a real home from home. Warm and cosy and with everything we could possibly have wanted or needed. We wouldn't hesitate to rebook and would be more than happy to recommend to family and friends. Thank you Andy & Lynda

Chycoose was just as your description.

We were met by the owner who was very friendly and had a bottle of proscecco chilling for us. The location was right, the property was clean and well maintained altogether a lovely place

The owners made us very welcome and the whole house was immaculate. We felt perfectly safe and it was lovely to be tucked away in such a peaceful spot, but within easy reach of so many interesting places. Both north and south coasts were within half an hour’s drive and we enjoyed some lovely walks and just relaxing on the beaches! We should certainly like to stay here again.

Very tastefully furnished. It is well equipped with all you might need. Very good location ,we could get too all of the coastal areas without the need for long journeys. It is in a very quiet location which is good if you wish to get away from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely holiday in the Falmouth area of Cornwall.

The accommodation was brilliant, very peaceful location and well equipped with everything we needed.
