    “Excellent, beautiful property set in a beautiful location.”

    The bull pen was beautifully presented, lovely, clean and cosy. Having a wood burner is a lovely idea, it creates an amazing ambience. There is a big windoed roof that lets you stare up into the night sky. The property is spacious and the kitchen well equipped with all the essentials and more. Thank you for the gifts on arrival and the lovely flowers. The property owners are very helpful, friendly and approachable. There is hot tub outside, we didn't use it but hot tub lovers would love it. If ...

There is hot tub outside, we didn't use it but hot tub lovers would love it. If you have a dog, dogs, they would most likely love the property, there is lovely large garden. The little personal touches by the owners make it like a home from home. The purpose of my visit was to convaless, due to an injury, it is perfect for the peace, tranquility and quiet. There are some beautiful walks and the area. If you want to explore Cornwall, the bull pen is located in a good position to go exploring Cornwall. From a personal note thank you for helping us after the big storm. In summary The Bull Pen is beautiful cosy well equipped property, located in a tranquil position, great owners, great location. In the middle of the room you will find the modest dining area, ideal for romantic meals with your loved one prepared in the amply-equipped kitchen.

The wonder carries on in the kitchen, boasting rose gold fixtures and solid granite work tops as well as a wide selection of high-end appliances, you’ll have no trouble in preparing your favourite meals here.

To the rear of the property you will find the bedroom, home to a king size bed and its own gleaming en-suite shower room, it offers a great spot to rest in between the excitement.

Outside the property benefits from its own private hot tub and large fully enclosed lawned garden area, a perfect space for you and your dog to make the most of the fantastic weather.

GRAMPOUND

Truro 8 miles. St Austell 6 miles.

Grampound is a pretty, historic village situated on the edge of the Roseland Peninsula, a designated part of Cornwall's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Approximately equidistant to the cathedral city of Truro, the old market town of St Austell and the north and south coasts, it is an excellent location for exploring the Cornish Riviera with its beautiful landscape and coastal scenery. You will find a country pub, heritage centre, restaurant, general stores and a coffee shop in the village. The long tracts of sandy beach at Carne, Pendower and Porthluney, are dog-friendly and are within easy reach of and the charming fishing village of Mevagissey and historic port of Charlestown, which are well worth a visit. The infamous Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are within a short drive and for a more active break, there is Pentewen Cycle Trail and Porthpean Golf Course. A visit to the exclusive waterfront village of St Mawes and the harbour town of Fowey with their excellent range of pubs and foodie restaurants are highly commended.
