    “On the website the holiday accommodation looked good but the reality was very different.”

    The house would benefit from a deep clean & some repairs including fixing a broken toilet seat, 3 dining room chairs were broken, foot stool in front room was broken, tv didn’t work right, the cold water tap in the kitchen makes a horrendous noise & shakes when used (I’ve video evidence) On the cleaning side of things, some kitchen cupboards felt greasy, the window blinds were dirty, some of the window handles were broken & dirty, the front of the house garden area could do with weeding as ...

The only thing going for this accommodation is the location. I read reviews before booking & they were all positive however I read them again when we were there & one review noted all the complaints I’ve listed above, which was five weeks ago & things haven’t changed. I will definitely not be staying here again.
