Fistral Apres Surf

This appartment was absolutely perfect for our family and dogs, everything from thr appartment itself, the outdoor space, the location and in a heatwave it was a lovely cool space to come back to for us and our 2 dogs.

An easy walk to both the town and beach, coastal walks, and getting out exploring ij the car, couldn't fault it. The appartment was super clean, as was the outdoor space, had everything we could need and more. Having our own access direct to the outdoor space was great for the dogs and also walking directly into when we had walked off the beach. We really loved it and it's the first holiday in a long time that we were gutted it had come to an end and could have easily stayed another week, so first thing we did when we got home was book for July 2027!

The apartment is a great space in a great location and also very pet friendly, no problem whatsoever with all guest information and appliances.

Will definitely be returning, ticked all our boxes.

My partner and I visit Cornwall every year and Fistral apres surf is by far the best we've ever stayed in.

The location is absolutely incredible, The place itself is immaculate and Russ is such a nice and helpful bloke. The hot tub is huge and the perfect temperature, If you're there for surfing or any water activities then this location is the perfect choice. Can't recommend this accommodation enough. Within the first day we had already booked again for the following year.

Stayed here a number of times but could now do with a revamp ( new mattresses / general painting / lights need replacing as flicker when on had to wash the pillows / and blankets on sofa as they smelt of wet dog had no welcome pack came home early as the beds were so uncomfortable.

Spotlessly clean & well equipped, the hot tub was a lovely addition. Amazing location, just steps from Fistral beach and just a short walk into the town itself. Very comfortable and spacious

Lovely apartment with everything that you could want on a holiday.

The weather was awful for a lot of the time but it really didn’t matter with having such a great place to relax.

The apartment was truly amazing, we had such a wonderful time.

The little touches in the apartment were really lovely like the dog bowls and the plastic glasses for the hot tub. The hot tub made it for us and was a lovely way to relax at the end of the day. The only criticism we have was the hot water in the shower took a very long time to get hot.

Our first time in this apartment and cannot fault anything with it.

Good location for walks, beach and to the town. Good communication with the owner when needed. We have booked to go back again next year.

We ve stayed in Newquay for years all in rented accommodation and this rates very highly on the list for us.

Its proximity to town and beach is superb but as a dog owner the private patio with gated access to the coastal path and common is priceless. The hot tub is an added plus and when I did speak to the owner he replied instantly to answer any queries. The property was spotlessly clean on arrival and was well equipped for both us and our dog. The biggest compliment I can pay is we are looking to rebook for next year.

A lovely, clean, well maintained and comfortable property. The enclosed garden is perfect for dogs and the hot tub is great after a day of walking. We will definitely be staying again next year.

The location is perfect, the apartment is stunning and added parking is such a bonus. The under cover hot tub is such a welcome bonus on an evening or rainy days. We can not fault it and will return again

Love the apartment and location We are regular visitors to Newquay so know the area very well.

Had a great time but just a few small issues. Carpets in bedrooms are stained due to guests walking on them with dirty feet.So could benefit from a deep clean. And noisy plumbing in on suite due to dripping pipe.. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Perfect location for Fistral Beach - really is just a few minutes walk away. We loved staying here and can’t wait to go back! The building is well maintained with the bonus of an underground car park. Wish we had known about car park space at back of property which would have made unloading car easier however it is only a short trip up the lift to the apartment. The apartment really does have everything you need. It’s very comfortable and we instantly felt at home. The patio area is an absolutely stunning bonus - was so lovely to sit outside in the sun or relax in the hot tub when the weather became cooler and drizzly. We didn’t use the pizza oven as it’s not something we are familiar with but if the weather had been warmer then we probably would have taken the time to work out how to use it as a BBQ. Great communication with the owner who checked in with us that everything was ok. Overall we feel very lucky to have found the perfect holiday home at Fistral beach and already planning our next trip!

Very disappointed,walked in to very dirty place cleaners was sent back and sorted in a fashion also replaced rusty toaster.

garden had weeds all over and rotten planters.noticed big bedroom has mould up walls and on carpets also pulled big bed out was thick in dog hair and dust and carpets in same room all stained .bathroom makes vibrating noise from one of taps and the small of the bathrooms after couple hours was not nice .

This is our second time of staying and hopefully not our last.

We had a brilliant time again staying here, the location is perfect for parking up the car and just going to the beach at Fistral or wandering into town for a meal and drinks. The apartment is super clean and well maintained with everything you need, we didn’t bring anything from home as the kitchen was fully stocked with all items you would need. The hot tub is brilliant and changed out between each booking and just perfect to relax in after a busy day in Cornwall. The owner, Russ is very accommodating and let us know that we would be able to check in early as the previous guest had left early allowing the cleaners to get in and out. Cannot recommend enough. Two adults and two whippets

Our 2nd stay here and we hope to return again soon. So spacious and comfortable. We had an amazing time with our 2 dogs..highly recommend

The apartment is spacious and in a fabulous area and the host was great,the only slight issue was that we could hear the hot tub during the night,I presume it was keeping temperature but everything else was spot on.

Cribbar 2 is fantastic and made our week so much easier with the side gate.

Lovely comfortable week at number 2 and the weather was very good which is always a bonus in the uk. The hot tub was brilliant, the only disappointment was that the barbecue couldn’t be used due to being left dirty and not being used for quite some time and had gone rusty. Cibbar number 2 was that good I’ve already gone to Sykes to book it again BUT! April and March is approx 2 to 300 pounds more expensive so unfortunately I’ll be looking for a cheaper stay in Newquay. Hot tub nice in the evenings and some outdoor seating too, although could do with some cushions, good kitchen equipment and selection of games and books great too. Shame about the British weather….

Well positioned for fistral beach , safe underground parking, spacious flat great hot tub ,All the appliances needed for self-catering, lift to use which was great for a wheelchair user

The apartment has everything that made sure us and our dogs had a fantastic holiday.

The location is great, you just walk out of the back gate and you are straight onto the Headland with so many options of which way to walk, either into Newquay via coastal path or road or onto Fistral beach and beyond . The apartment is comfortable and spacious for 4 people plus 2 dogs, the patio area is large and the hot tub is great after a day of walking. We have already booked again for next year.

Had a wonderful stay here, plenty of room for four of us and our two dogs.

Perfect location, only a stones throw from the beach and the nearest bars and only a short walk to the supermarket and the centre of Newquay. Well equipped kitchen providing everything we needed (even dog bowls) and the hot tub is superb, which was thoroughly cleaned on the day of arrival. Would definitely book again!

We had a fab week, the weather was a little patchy at times, so having the hot tub was a great back up plan.

The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and well maintained, the location was fab within minutes of town and the beach.

Will definitely book again, this was a perfect apartment for our family holiday with the dogs, lots of room and had everything we needed, access either through front door or back gate so was great for coming back from the beach with the dogs, we brought a pop up padding pool to rinse them off in and there was a hose and outside tap to fill it, hot tub was a bonus for us after a day on the beach, safe space for the dogs to wander outside, a parking spot at the back as well as in the garage made nipping to the shops easier, we stayed in another apartment last year without the dogs, but prefer this one, we love these apartments, location is perfect for us, already looking to book again for next year, thanks for a fabulous stay

Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Apartment was very high quality with spacious living space. Exactly what we had hoped it would be with private and safe patio area for our dogs and a lovely big hot tub to relax after fabulous walks along the many beaches. We hope to go back again soon..!!

Our family was blown away with the apartment,the owners have literally thought of everything.

We had an amazing time and booked for next year already.Great to have the large shower heads.Hot tub was used everyday.We forgot to write in the guest book but will do it next time.The small problem we had was the two single mattresses,very uncomfortable and could feel the springs.Slept on the sofa a few nights.Maybe needs replacing but other than that a fantastic apartment.

We have just returned from Apres surf (x2 adults and x2 whippets) what a great place the apartment is, it’s very clean and modern with everything you could need inside, a wonderful hot tub and courtyard for the dogs or just sitting out.

I think the thing that makes it so great is the location, you can walk out the back from the courtyard onto wonderful views of the sea and Newquay harbour a short walk away and then out the front to Fistral Beach a mere 5 minute walk away. When we first arrived very early in the morning after a 7hr overnight drive the owner Russ was extremely accommodating and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who wants be immersed in the Newquay lifestyle, we will be booking again for next year

I contacted the owner to ask a few questions about the property prior to arrival, and Russ was extremely helpful and detailed in his replies.

The property itself is perfectly located close to Fistral Beach and has excellent accessibility. Inside the accommodation you will find everything you could possibly need for your stay, including washing machine, iron and ironing board, high chair, a fully kitted out kitchen (we took some utensils with us so as not to be without vital bits, but really did not need to!) not to mention the outside space with hot tub, outside seating and hosepipe etc (very useful as we had a couple of very sandy dogs!). Finally, it’s the little things that make a lovely difference - like the snacks and tea/coffee on arrival. Thank you for a wonderful stay…we will be back again

Everything is thought about lots of utensils in kitchen no need to take anything else.dog bowl mat and lead was great just incase you forgot your own. Games was a great idea and we really enjoyed the Hot tub to . We couldn't of asked for anything else and definitely would love to come back. Thank you for a great break away .

A lovely apartment in a great location just a stone's throw from Fistral beach.

The facilities are as described and the apartment was clean throughout. Very quiet and also dog friendly. The hot tub is fantastic and a great way to end the day! Communication with the owner (Russ) was excellent and he responded very quickly on the couple of occasions we needed to message him. Would highly recommend the apartment and we've already re-booked for next year!

We have stayed in a number of the properties in this road, but this one was by far the very best.

Having outdoor space and the rear access meant we did not have to go through the building and was a real bonus. You did not have any of the road noise from the road at the front which is constantly used. Although you allow pets, you would not know (partner is very allergic and can normally tell immediately). The apartment was very, very clean and loads of extras were provided. Location was perfect for beach access and hot tub a massive bonus and fantastic. Would absolutely return - we loved our stay.

The apartment was well situated for both Fistral Beach and Newquay town and offered a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and a spacious lounge.

WHAT WAS GREAT:- -the hot tub! -the location -fully equipped apartment, including board games WHAT COULD BE BETTER:- -needs an outside shower for wetsuits/dogs & a washing line -main bedroom carpet was stained from previous dog stays -the outside area wasn't comfortable for relaxing in/ a little dank/ no view -shared bin store area was a mess so recycling was almost impossible -SYKES information needs to be updated to reflect that the apartment has TWO allocated parking spaces to avoid people buying multi-use long term parking tickets in advance On the whole, though, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here (despite the weather!)

What a great location, so convenient for the beach and the town. Apartment is so well equipped and comfortable we didn't want for anything. The hot tub is a real added bonus. All in all, a really great property in a cracking location. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone thinking of staying Newquay.

..what an amazing break. This fully equipped apartment was luxurious. Its in the prime location near local shops and other local hotshots. Imagine this...luxury apartment with a hottub, barbecue and outdoor dining facilities. Outside fence opens to the cliff coast. Seconds walk to fristral beach and from the back the best views you could imagine. So happy we chose this place instead of going abroad. Also a massive thanks to Russ the owner for making sure we were OK after any concerns and the prompt communication. We will be back for sure.

Loved access out he back, great proximity to beech, modern, spacious with outdoor terrace and great touch with the hot tub.

Downside cold tap in kitchen didn’t work and no fob for garage (minor niggles far outweighed by the hot tub!)

We absolutely loved our stay at this awesome property!

We loved that it is dog friendly. The facilities provided were fantastic, the amazon fire sticks and hot tub were nice touches for those slightly colder or rainy days or evenings. The location can't be faulted! Just a stones throw away from Fistral beach and only a short walk into the town centre. We could not fault this property at all, and as I mentioned the facilities and utilities were great, it had everything we needed. 100% will be looking at staying here again in the future provided prices don't go up and I will definitely recommend this property to any friends and family that are looking to visit Newquay.

The apartment is fantastic and perfectly situated within walking distance of the main town, beaches, and restaurants.

Parking is great in the underground car park which provides a secure place to leave your car. The wireless fob seemed to have a flat battery but it was no bother to just use the button at the side of the shutter. We did have a dripping tap in the kitchen and the bed was a bit soft but other than that we had a very enjoyable stay. A nice touch was including an Amazon Firestick on the TV’s which gave a range of viewing options on an evening.

Had a lovely time, only issue we an annoying dripping tap in the kitchen.

very nice and relaxing stay, apartment very well equipped also.

Only point that could me made for improvement, arrival description said after entering the building using the codes that there would be a fob in the apartment for future use. We did not have one but also did not bother the owner to find out, only worry is the next tenant might raise this as missing and the last tenant might be accused of taking it. We just used the door code during the week which was fine. Apart from that very pleased all round with the location and the apartment :)

We had a brilliant time on our holiday.

The apartment was absolute lovely, really comfortably furnished - is the first place I’ve stayed that felt like a home from home. The kitchen was really well equipped and there was lots of room to stretch out and chill. We loved the hot tub, it was a lovely way to warm up after brisk walks or a dip in the sea. The location was perfect, moments away from the headland walks and just a very short walk to Fistral Beach, which has a great pizza restaurant. It was a short walk from Newquay town and Towan Beach. All in all, we will absolutely stay again, it was one of our best Cornish holidays and would highly recommend App 2 Cribbar

What a place, for a week away it was perfect.

2 mins from the beach, hot tub was amazing, BBQ/pizza oven was superb, close to shops, pubs, restaurants. Great location to get yo anywhere in Cornwall in 1 hour or less. Clean, tidy, dog friendly, 2 singles and a double bed, massive kitchen and front room. We'll be going back if we can!
