    “The property was very good and the location was fantastic with it being a short walk from Fistral.”

    Very modern and good layout. Although it was disappointing to realise the property did not overlook Fistral and the balcony was in the shade overlooking car park so not private which is contrary to your website which states it has a front balcony. We did find there were not enough plug sockets in fact there was no socket near the mirror in main bedroom which meant couldn;t dry hair in front of mirror. The toilet roll holder should have been on wall not freestanding. The microwave was too small ...

The extractor fan in the bathroom should be linked to the light switch and not separate. There was no full length mirror in the property. But the worst thing was that upon return home we received a parking fine notice from the parking company saying we had no authority to park. This really was not a good to return home to and put a blight on the holiday. This upset us. And we had an email from the parking company acknowledging our registration and duration of stay and still they sent a parking fine!!??

    We are glad you thought the location is fantastic. The complex is on the headland that faces Fistral Beach. The back of the complex, where our apartment is situated is on the quieter side of the complex and faces the ocean. Hopefully, the pictures reflect this. Our side of the complex does not get the traffic volume or footfall but still enjoys the beautiful ocean views. I am sorry you had a parking fine. This is due to an external company setting cameras for parking outside the complex and nothing to do with the complex itself. We only found out about these cameras during your stay and asked Sykes to notify you immediately. We have emailed the external company about the camera's locations as we also feel it is inappropriate to pick up both guests and owners as they wait for the gate to open and to enter the complex. There is now a process in place to prevent this happening in the future. We will take on board the feedback about the full length mirror, as the mirror is horizontal in the bedroom, but is close to a plug socket so you can dry your hair in front of a mirror . The extractor fan is linked to the light switch and so you can have both coming on at the same time or independently. There are numerous sizes of dinner plates that you can use which are all dishwasher and microwave safe. Again, we are glad you loved the apartment and location and we hope the parking fine has been sorted. Property Owner

Fill your itinerary with local attractions, including visits to the secluded Little Fistral Beach, discover the Blue Reef Aquarium, head to the Newquay Watersports Centre to try your hand at kayaking, surfing or a coasteering adventure, or spend your afternoon at the popular Newquay Zoo or playing a round of golf at Newquay Golf Club right opposite the apartment.

There are plenty of other family-friendly attractions including a day at the beach, exploring rock pools and savouring some Cornish ice cream or cream tea.

Enjoy a sunny day at Perranporth Beach, or stroll around Perranporth Boating Lake, whilst on cooler days, brush up on your knowledge at the Perranzabuloe Museum; the St. Agnes Heritage Coast is nearby, a recommended walking route for outdoor and walking fans.
