“This is the 2nd Christmas here.”
When we came the first Christmas there was a Christmas tree in the living room. Unfortunately there wasn't one this Christmas which was very disappointing. Was also disappointed there was no coffee like it states on list. The water pressure was low however my husband fit the boiler so didn't have any more issues with it. The radiators in both bedrooms wasn't working. The towel radiator in the en suite also wasn't working. On the plus side the view from the living room was spectacular. Watching the surfers and swimmer in the sea. The skirting boards around the apartment was filthy.
Thank you for visiting for a second time and we are so sorry that the Christmas tree was not put up, it was in the kitchen cupboard and we had assumed that the housekeeper had put it up, we shall speak with them to ensure that this does not happen again. Similarly, we will speak to them about the coffee and skirting boards, although it is regrettable that the guests did not mention this on arrival as we would have insisted that the cleaner returned to correct this immediately. This guest was in touch with us during they stay, and these points were not mentioned and so we are saddened that we did not have the opportunity to rectify them during their stay.
A plumber has looked at the boiler and the bedroom radiators. As per the information leaflet, the controls for the bathroom radiators are located just outside each bathroom so that guests can adjust the bathroom radiators to their preferred temperature.
We thank you again for your feedback, this is always helpful and can confirm that the comments have been addressed. We are glad that the guests took the opportunity to text us on departure to say that they has had a 'wonderful stay' and so this feedback is very disappointing and somewhat unexpected.
