“Everything was as listed on Sykes website and it’s a great location.”

Everything was clean and tidy. Only issue we had was the view is great so you were drawn to it but the handle on the balcony door was very loose and sort of exposed so we were reluctant to go out on the balcony very often in case it broke off. We had a great week.

The property

Onshore 6 – Newquay Towan Beach View is a luxuriously appointed second-floor apartment set in a prime position overlooking Towan Beach, with uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean stretching across Newquay’s iconic coastline all the way to Watergate Bay.

To the left, the harbour is crowned by the historic Headland Hotel, while the sea rolls endlessly into the horizon—offering a truly breathtaking outlook. Located on The Crescent, a private road closed to public traffic, the apartment enjoys a rare sense of exclusivity while being just steps from the beach and the vibrant town centre.

Secure private parking is included, although with everything so close by, you may find little need for the car. From the moment you enter, you’ll be struck by the sense of space, quality, and the dramatic coastal views that unfold before you.

The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area forms the heart of the home—beautifully furnished and finished with underfloor heating.

Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the spectacular sea views, and the space opens directly onto a private balcony, seamlessly extending the living area outdoors.

Whether watching the waves roll in during winter or soaking up the summer sun, this space is a standout feature of the apartment. The master bedroom features a king-size bed in calming coastal tones, generous storage, and access to the family bathroom.

The second bedroom includes two luxury ottoman single beds, a full-length mirror, bedside tables, a small TV, and an en-suite shower room.

Both bathrooms are finished with heated towel rails for added comfort. Whether you're relaxing indoors or enjoying the view from the balcony, Onshore 6 offers a seamless blend of luxury and location. When it’s time to explore, Newquay offers a wide range of activities and amenities right on your doorstep.

Enjoy scenic coastal walks, try kayaking or coasteering along the rugged shoreline, tee off at Newquay Golf Course, or head out on a sea safari or fishing trip.

For a slower pace, unwind at local spa facilities, take a stroll through Trenance Gardens and Boating Lake, or simply enjoy the town’s independent shops, excellent restaurants, lively bars, welcoming pubs, and relaxed coffee spots—all adding to the appeal of this central location. Nearby beaches such as Towan, Great Western, Lusty Glaze, and Watergate Bay each offer their own unique charm and coastal experience.
