Upstairs, guests will find three thoughtfully presented bedrooms, including a super-king-size and two twin rooms offering flexible sleeping arrangements, with the option to convert into a super-king-size and a king-size upon request. Each room is styled to provide a calming retreat after days spent exploring the coast. The family bathroom is equipped with a bath featuring a handheld shower, a separate shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, ensuring everyone has space to unwind and refresh. Step outside to discover the garden, arranged across several levels with patio, lawn, and decking. It’s an ideal spot for morning coffee in the sea air or simply soaking up the Cornish sunshine. We really felt at home in this comfortable house.
It was a perfect base to explore the great beaches around Newquay and have a wander around the town. The house has three large, comfortable beds and a modern bathroom upstairs with bath/shower. Downstairs has a dining room-living room and a separate kitchen with access to a raised deck (with outdoor furniture for eating outside). The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals (including an airfryer). The dining room has plenty of space at the table for 6 people and the comfortable couches are nice to lounge around on after a long day on the beach to watch the large TV. I could fault very little in the house and we (2 adults and 3 children) felt very relaxed there. It's a terraced house but we barely heard the neighbours at all. The location is spot on also, we walked about 10-20 minutes to any of the main beaches. The popular Fistral beach was an easy 15 minute walk and is well set up for a long day out. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone, and I hope we can return again in the future.

The location, the view, the size and character of the house were excellent.
We couldn't figure out how to get normal channels on the tele but there were better things to do anyway! I'm nit picking here though.

Please note this property only accepts week long bookings in July, August and school holidays.

The beds will be set up as 1x super king and 2x twin rooms. If you would like for the beds to be set up differently, please contact us no later than a week prior to your check in, and a last minute request will incur a fee.
