Step inside and feel drawn towards the light-filled sitting room, where large windows frame glimpses of the ocean and ample seating invites your group to gather after days on the sand.

The separate dining room sets the scene for leisurely meals and board games, with a TV adding extra entertainment, while the well-equipped kitchen has the appliances you need to keep everyone fuelled for adventure. Across the three floors, six bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups.

Choose the super-king-size zip/link room, which can be arranged as twins on request, or settle into one of the doubles, including a double with its own en-suite walk-in shower room.

A further double, a bunk room that children will enjoy, and a single room on the second floor mean everyone can find their own space.

With a ground-floor shower room, a further shower room, and a second-floor bathroom with bath and shower over, there are plenty of facilities for rinsing off sea salt and getting ready for evenings out. Outside, the enclosed patio becomes an easygoing extension of the house, with outdoor furniture encouraging al fresco breakfasts before the beach and relaxed drinks as the sun dips over the Atlantic.

Just a short distance away, the River Gannel estuary offers a beautiful setting for scenic walks, wildlife spotting, and a range of watersports, making it a favourite spot for visitors throughout the year.

Venture a little further to Padstow to wander its working harbour and sample renowned Cornish seafood, or head to Truro for independent shops and its striking cathedral.
