Lovely house in the perfect location for the beaches and for going out days.

The house has everything that you need and is comfy and homely. Garage is very helpful as no need to worry about parking for your whole stay. Would highly recommend this property.

Brilliant stay, the accommodation has everything you need and more.

There is plenty of space and the garden area is a great sun trap with a beautiful view. The only thing which was disappointing was the garage for parking, we tried but a Ford Kuga was too large to fit, but we managed to get parked for £27 for the week in the car park opposite. The apartment was very clean and the location was close to town. I would recommend to stay here and will be sure to come back again in the future.

Large comfy house with outside terrace. Great for getting around Newquay and a good base for visiting the rest of Cornwall.

The place was lovely but when we got there it was so cold.

We sat around in our coats until the heating came on. It would have been lovely if it had been warm when we turned up. Brilliant stay, parked in car park across the road which only cost a pound. Really good. Will defo come back again.

We enjoyed staying in The Mordon for a few days.

It was comfortable and convenient, with a good view although the garage is a challenge! The owner was quick to respond and efficient when a problem occurred. Many thanks.

Beautiful spacious property in a great location all the facilities worked very well and the sea view from the decking area was fantastic would stay at this again when we revisit

Fantastic home from home, everywhere was spotless & the bed is so comfortable.

The town is close by and has great places to eat. This is also a great base for visiting other places in Cornwall. Would highly recommend.

Lovely home, no issues other than tv in living room very slow and unusable, majority of the time would not connect to wifi and when it did it was far too slow to watch anything.

A very comfortable "home from home" in a central location so just park up and explore everything that Newquay has to offer.

Lovely accommodation central to Newquay.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Lovely sea views from balcony on sunnier days. Great to have a garage for parking although wouldn’t fit a car bigger than ours (Ford Cmax). Car park across the road tho for bigger cars. Loved Newquay and Cornwall.

Comfortable everything you needed was there .

The house was lovely and clean, location was amazing just a little walk from everything which is ideal as you could park the car up for the week and didnt have to drive anywhere if you dont want to ,would love to stay here again The only thing i didnt really like was the oven but thats just because im not used to a range oven so thats nothing against the property its just pesonal preference.
