The property

3 The Old Cornstore is a characterful three-storey home tucked away in the heart of St Agnes, Cornwall, right on the edge of the St Agnes Heritage Coast, close to the beach and amenities.

Ideal for families, it offers a Smart TV and is within easy reach of the beach, local shops, and The Roseland Heritage Coast.

Once parked, step into your coastal retreat and breathe in the sea air as you approach the stone façade and enter through the blue front door. The courtyard dining room provides a handy space to stow your belongings before heading into the kitchen, where you can stock the fridge/freezer with your favourite treats.

The kitchen features warm tones and wooden worktops—perfect for preparing meals while someone brings the space to life with the sizzle of the hob and oven.

When the food is ready, gather around the dining table and bench seating in the indoor courtyard dining area, which features tri folding doors, and let the seaside accents inspire your plans for the days ahead.

After dinner, unwind in the inviting sitting room, where a large white and blue striped corner sofa, nautical details, and an exposed brick wall create a relaxed setting.

Switch on the Smart TV and settle in for an evening of entertainment. Upstairs, the first floor hosts a tiled shower room and a welcoming double bedroom with plenty of storage.

On the top floor, beneath the eaves, you’ll find a bright twin room bathed in natural light from the Velux windows, along with a bathroom where you can soak in the tub after a day by the sea. Wander down to Trevaunance Cove, the nearest beach, and enjoy an ice cream with your toes in the sand.

Children will love exploring the rock pools, while nearby pubs offer a chance to recharge.

Whether you’re donning hiking boots or a wetsuit, the St Agnes Heritage Coast promises dramatic cliffs, sweeping views, and plenty of wildlife.

Ride the waves with a bodyboard or follow the coastal paths for a scenic stroll. Families can venture to Lappa Valley for a ride on the steam train, spot wildlife in the former mining landscape, play mini golf, or hire a pedalo for a gentle cruise on the lake.

History lovers will enjoy Trerice, a 16th-century manor house with period interiors and formal gardens—perfect for a leisurely wander followed by cream tea in the tearoom. 3 The Old Cornstore offers a delightful base from which to discover the charm and natural beauty of Cornwall.
