Lovely house - plenty of space and very clean and comfortable.

Great location for walking, driving or using public transport to get to a variety of places. Very quiet considering that it is close to the main route into Penzance. It is handy being so close to the supermarkets etc. The extras such as tea and coffee were appreciated. We always fetch bowls etc for our dog but there was a useful box with clean bowls/towels/blankets etc if needed.

The property was very clean and well maintained, well situated for exploring West Cornwall.

Like a previous guest we would have appreciated a grab rail in the shower. We are elderly but far from disabled, and had I seen the response to that review, I would not have booked the property. I thought it a bit mean to only leave 3 sets of towels when we have paid for a property that accommodates 7. It would have been nice to have had a couple of extra towels.

The house is in a very good position for exploring the area and very convenient supermarkets! Thank you for the cream tea. It was very welcome. Pippin enjoyed the enclosed garden. Could I just suggest a grab rail in the shower would have helped. We are both elderly and not as steady as we could be!

What a truly amazing property!

location perfect for exploring penzance and other parts of Western Cornwall.all amenities close by and plenty of restaurants for us and our 2 dogs!we will definitely be booking again!

Located in a quiet position but close to walk to the sea, supermarkets & into Penzance town. The house was extremely clean and the garden was completely enclosed which was fab for our two little dogs. Would love to visit again in the future.

Had a lovely stay.

Booked this house as it could accommodate our family if needed. Daughter and husband were staying at a campsite near by but booked the larger house in case anything went wrong. They joined us most days and it was lovely to be able to host! Owners thought of everything. I’m used to having to do without or going without so tend to pack a lot myself I.e. dishwasher tablets and laundry stuff. It was there if required. We all enjoyed it. In-laws used to live I. newly. So we know the area very well and knew it was in a great location and it’s great you can walk into Penzance safely and we even charged the car at the Tesco whilst we were at home in the evening.

We were a party of 4 adults and 3 children and couldn't have wished for a more wonderful property.

Everything was provided for and extremely comfortable. We are all extremely grateful for the time we had and would definitely book again.

This is our second time staying at cherry tree.

The house is amazing. One of the best houses we've stayed in. The highlights are - location, cleanliness, The garden for the dogs & having 3 parking spaces. The conservatory area is really nice, looking out to the garden. We tried to book it for next year but it's all ready booked up! This shows you it's one of the best houses in the area. Penzance area is stunning with St Michael's mount only a short drive away. Sandy is a great host and very helpful answering our questions.

Perfect house for our group of four with a bedroom each.

Plenty of space within the house and outside and both areas very clean and tidy. Can't think of anything negative to say about this property, which is a first for me.

Every thing about the property was all that we needed.

We stayed in this property with friends from 25th to 29th of March Location was excellent as all tourist sites were within reasonable travelling distance .

The area was very good,with a view of the sea from the distance We were pleasantly surprised to be welcomed with scones and clotted cream and jam which were very tasty. The property was immaculately clean and all utilities were in perfect working condition. It had a very good ambiance A great thanks to Sandy for posting my coat, which I was foolish enough to leave behind , without charging for the postage. We will definitely come back as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Penzance and our stay at Cherry Tree House.

It was a brilliant home from home, within easy access to places such as Lands End, Sennen Cove, St. Michael's Mount, Mousehole and St. Ives. The house was well equipped, spacious and comfortable. It was ideal for us and our dog 'Waffle', with even a dog blanket, towels and treats left out for him - and for us! The house is within easy walking distance of the spectacular Mounts Bay (up and over the footbridge near Sainsburys), and into Penzance. The railway and bus station are nearby. Sandy the owner was a delight to communicate with, everything was very easy. The only point for constructive feedback is that we would have liked to have recycled more of our waste than was possible. (There is no food waste caddy here - though neighbour's houses have them. ) But really grateful for such a lovely place to stay. We would definitely recommend, and hope to return.

Home from home, a lovely warm and comfortable house, with everything we needed.

The kitchen is really well equipped, and plenty of space for us in the conservatory and lounge. The Christmas tree and other festive extras were really appreciated, thank you. Cherry Tree is in a great location, easy to join the coastal path and walk into Penzance, supermarkets nearby, yet the house is in a quiet cul de sac. Definitely recommend, and plan to return.

The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our large family and dog.

A very well equipped holiday home.

Everything that you (& your four legged friend) could need for a very comfortable stay including a cream tea for us and treats for the pooch. Incidentally pottery dog bowls, towels and a doggie blanket are also provided which is a nice touch. A secure garden which gets the afternoon sun is most pleasant. Easy reach of the town, probably about 20 minute walk and 10 mins to the dog friendly beach. We'd certainly reccomend this as a great place to stay in Penzance.

Comfortable and well equipped house in convenient location.

We especially liked the conservatory which was ideal on the days when it was wet and windy. The dog loved the garden too. Cream tea on arrival was a nice touch.

The property was as described in the listing.

The garden was good for the dogs as it was enclosed and completely safe. The double beds were a bit small, as we are used to bigger beds but for a week it was ok. It was really nice to sit at the table in the conservatory, very bright and plenty of room. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Nice location to visit all the places we wanted to in the area and leaflets in the house gave us some ideas of where to go. Thank you (and for the cream tea!).

A well appointed accommodation with good sized rooms, nice, enclosed garden and space for two cars.

A great location for a Penzance based holiday, with the two main supermarkets 10mins walk away, Cornish baker 5 mins and Penzance just over a mile away. A nice welcome waiting for us on arrival, even for our two dogs. My only request would be a slightly larger saucepan when cooking for a larger group. Would gladly book again if in need of accomodation of this size.

We had a great holiday at cherry tree.

When we arrived the house was spotlessly clean and tidy. We were left cream tea and milk which was nice. There was loads of space at the house for the 7 of us. The garden came in handy for our 2 dogs. To find a property that has the space to park 4 cars is rare aswell. Penzance area is beautiful with st Michael's mount very close. There are loads of shops very close also. We will deffo be booking again in the future. Sandy was a great host and answered all our questions. Thank u

Excellent property in ideal location, spent mornings out , afternoon and evenings in garden,very person and dog friendly house with superb amenities and in walking distance of beach, supermarkets and ideal for touring.

A good base for exploring West Cornwall. On arrival the owners had left us a cream tea and treats for our dog. We would highly recommend.

It was a real home from home. Lovely location. The dogs loved it. Sandy left us a lovely cream tea much appreciated. She is a fabulous host came to us very quickly when we had a small problem with the tumble drier. Perfect. Thank you.

Great location for exploring Penzance and the area - especially for walking the coastal path from St Ives to Porthlevan.

Cherry Tree House was our ideal location for our weeks holiday near to close family members.

The house was super clean and tidy with comfortable beds and a good sized sitting room with comfee seating. The enclosed back garden was a great sun trap with good seating arrangements when we chilled during the afternoon and evening with a glass of wine. The sun loungers were ideal during the afternoon worm weather. In a few words, clean, tidy, fast Internet, and most of all a caring host, the cream tea was a lovely touch, thanks you Sandy

Cherry tree house was the perfect base for our holiday in the penzance area it is comfortable very well equipped and the cream tea and welcome pack for Woody the dog were much appreciated thanks .

Sandy was very helpful and friendly the perfect hoist even when we kept her waiting because we were late checking out.I would definitely recommend Cherry tree house

We had a great week at Cherry Tree House, it's a lovely house, very spacious and clean with everything you need there, the beds are super comfy and we loved the garden.

The neighbours were very friendly and helpful, my son locked my car keys in the boot of the car and the neighbours came out to try and help us get them out, they were so lovely. Cherry Tree House is in a great location it's very quiet there, it is in walking distance to the supermarkets, town and beach. We just wished we had booked another week as none of us wanted to leave, we will definitely book Cherry Tree House again without a doubt.

beds were spotless and very confey.it was just home from home.we had a lovely time spent there should have gone for too week didn't want to come home.worth every penny spent on a holiday.carnt wait to go back.

We had a lovely stay.

The house was clean and on a nice quiet street only a 15 minute walk into town. The garden was lovely and sunny in the evening and a bbq is provided which was nice and clean. Great location. Marazion beach only a few minutes drive away has a calm shallow sea, great for kids and St Michael’s mount is worth a visit. Great base for a lovely family holiday

The cottage is well situated in a rural area but close to all the super stores like Sainsburys, Tesco and Morrisons, For those without cars there is bus stops 100 meters away, and it is a very short walk into town that is mostly flat terrain.

Nice garden and patio, plus a very nice conservatory, my only poor comment is that the TV reception was quite poor.
