    “Lovely property, location was perfect for us as family live in nearby Delabole.”

    Everything was to a high standard only thing we struggled with was the oven not getting to temperature but got there in the end with the help of Google. Loved it so much we booked for next year before we left.

The open-plan living space includes a kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, dining seating, breakfast bar and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove.

There is also a study with Smart TV.

The bedrooms consist of two king-size doubles, one with en-suite shower, a family room with 4 single beds and a twin room with en-suite shower, serviced by a family shower room.

To the outside is off-road parking for three cars and a lawned garden.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels, travel cot and highchair are included in the price.

Two pets are welcome however smoking is not allowed.

Within 2 miles there is a shop and within 1 mile there is a pub, plus a beach in 2.3 miles.
