    “Well first and foremost Sharon I must mention first as a most delightful lady and has everything thoroughly on point with this splendid property that overlooks St Michael’s Mount from the top front of the property.”

    On hand if needed and contacted us before our stay to help with smooth directions or any questions we may have had. We needed nothing more than this delightful, comfortable and all amenities property to absolutely feel rested and relaxed, which was (due to an unexpected health issue) the order of our holiday retreat but so close to beautiful coastal spots. From a very secure garden to crockery ovenware and glassware galore with all the utensils you need. The hot tub was the best we’ve been in ...

We needed nothing more than this delightful, comfortable and all amenities property to absolutely feel rested and relaxed, which was (due to an unexpected health issue) the order of our holiday retreat but so close to beautiful coastal spots. From a very secure garden to crockery ovenware and glassware galore with all the utensils you need. The hot tub was the best we’ve been in and again thought through with the overhead cover and bush shelters. The robes were a beautiful touch. The weather was hit and miss (the time of year) with the wicked witch of the west and her flying monkeys on our last day but when you have this property to nestle down in it makes it a warm, cosy and a very worth your while kind of day. Thank you very much for the welcome pack and dog treats. We’d love to come back! If you’d have us?! Teddy and Pippa also said “paws up” We can assure The Atlantic Reach is highly recommended. The property

This magnificent house is an ideal refuge for family and friends deserving of a great seaside vacation with views across to the breath-taking fortress of St Michael's Mount.

It is located in the charming rural coastal town of Marazion, just a short walk from the beach, with its traditional village tavern and mediaeval church.

A warm welcome is waiting for you at Atlantic Reach, which has been lovingly transformed into an excellent, separate holiday homestay.

Through the entrance door, enter a spacious corridor where you are treated to an open-concept living area downstairs, which is unquestionably the centre of the house.

With a big, luxurious sofa and plush armchairs, it is the ideal place for evenings spent at home with a book or curled up watching a movie on the Smart TV.

With patio doors leading out onto the sunny covered terrace, the living area makes a wonderful shady retreat on hot days.

The kitchen area is completely furnished with all contemporary conveniences and is a wonderful spot to unwind and prepare that feast you don't have time to prepare at home.

The four cheery bedrooms, which are spread across the upper two floors, have all been tastefully decorated and equipped to a high degree.

The main bedroom, which features a king-size bed and an incredibly contemporary en-suite shower room, is on the second story.

Additionally, this gorgeous accommodation has a sea outlook!

All three of the other bedrooms are on the first level.

A day at the beach or a walk along the coast is the perfect excuse to unwind in the modern bathroom, which is also on the first floor.

The tiered patio area outside is the perfect place for you to dine al fresco, have a barbeque, or simply relax and spend quality time with your family.

Atlantic Reach is at an ideal location for you to take in the summertime frenzy or bask in the laid-back ambience of the quieter winter months because it is just off the road and quite centrally positioned.

The oldest market town in Cornwall is Marazion, which offers a wide range of attractions.

Without a doubt, this quaint seaside hamlet is most known for being the location of the fairytale castle at St Michael's Mount.

During low tide, wander down the causeway where the fabled giant Cormoran once strolled while acting as king and queen for the day.

If the tide is high, get aboard one of the many boats that run back and forth.

If you're lucky, the boatsman might share a few "yarns" about pirates and shipwrecks with you.

You can easily spend a day here having fun visiting the castle, gardens, and harbour, and then winding down with a traditional Cornish cream tea in the castle tea shop.

Travelling east, reach Praa Sands, a laid-back beach bar, and Perranuthnoe, a charming cove with the award-winning Victoria Inn.

St. Ives, Penzance, Mousehole, Sennen, and Porthleven, a popular gastronomic destination, are all within easy driving distance from this location, making it ideal for exploring west Cornwall as a whole.
