“We had a great time on the holiday overall, helped by the location of little acorns.”

Pub, shop, cafe and village green with walks and seal sanctuary nearby and short drives to supermarket and larger town. The pub does great food and locals are friendly. Wednesday the fish and chip van visits, we starved ourselves for this and it was worth it. We were welcomed by Phil and Kath, great host’s and met Bentley the friendly, lovely dog. It was made clear that Bentley would be kept out of our way if we preferred so if you’re not a dog lover there is no problem but we loved to ...

It was made clear that Bentley would be kept out of our way if we preferred so if you’re not a dog lover there is no problem but we loved to see him. Welcome pack was left for us including fruit and home made biscuits, nice. The place had everything we could possibly need I really can’t think of anything that the phil and Kath have missed, a lot of thought has gone into this place. Finished really well and very, very clean. Parking is off road and safe. Outside seating areas, sun traps and shaded if preferred. Lovely garden area with seating and tables etc. This is a 100% recommend I would definitely return. Great place, location and hosts.
