The Maisonette
Description
The Maisonette sits quietly behind Hayle’s lively main street, offering a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to the heart of town.
Arranged over two floors, this well‑planned home suits friends or families seeking an easy coastal base with character, generous space and the convenience of nearby amenities.
The lower level feels calm and inviting, with a double bedroom featuring black-out blinds providing a restful spot to unwind after days out, and a spacious bathroom offering both a bath and a separate shower for flexibility.
It is a practical layout that works well for both short stays and longer breaks.
Upstairs, exposed beams bring personality to the open plan living area, creating a sociable space for gathering together.
The kitchen includes everything needed for preparing everyday meals, while the dining and seating areas encourage relaxed mornings and unhurried evenings.
The setting is being completed to ensure future guests enjoy a fresh and well-presented interior.
Private off‑road parking is an excellent advantage in such a central location, making arrivals and departures simple.
Step outdoors and you are moments from Hayle’s cafés, pubs and restaurants, with the estuary and waterside paths close by for gentle walks and sunset views.
Hayle serves as an ideal base for exploring West Cornwall.
Wander the art‑filled streets of St Ives, visit Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum, or head to the beach.
Discover Cornwall’s industrial heritage at Heartlands or King Edward Mine, enjoy woodland trails at Tehidy Country Park, or make your way to Penzance for Penlee House Gallery, the Jubilee Pool and scenic promenade walks around Mount’s Bay.
The Maisonette provides a welcoming, easy going starting point for enjoying the very best of the region.

We had a little difficulty finding it !
Down to SAT Nav. Nicely placed for local pubs and bus routes. The South Coast Path is a short walk away, as are local bus stops..
Great location for quick access to all the lovely places towns and beaches.
The facilities are more than you can imagine and everything you need for a self catering holiday. The bed was super comfy and great wardrobe space. Upon walking into the property it feels fresh and clean. Hosts were really responsive and considerate as we had a small issue on arriving, nothing that couldn’t be fixed and they were able to resolve this quickly. We woke each day feeling comfortable and well rested as we had planned our busy week visiting different areas of Cornwall. We Would definitely recommend. Thanks Tim for you super hosting, hope to visit again soon. Donna & Matt
This was a lovely extremely well equipped accommodation.
We had everything we could need and more. Very good information. A very central location. Had a little trouble finding the property but not too bad. Our only suggestion would be a few written instructions for the TV. We were unable to find any live TV for News and Weather etc. but we weren't watching very often and there were some channels with series we could watch so not too much of a problem. We had a lovely holiday at the property and will probably book it again in the future.
