Nestled in the hamlet of Hellandbridge near Bodmin, Rural Cornwall, is this stunning three-bedroom house, Primrose.

Enjoying an superb location in the Camel Valley, sitting in a secure gated meadow, overlooking the Camel river with the Camel Trail directly to the rear.

Primrose is a luxury dog-friendly dwelling for a group or family of six and their two pooches.

Park-up in one of two off-road parking spaces before making your way into your new holiday home.

Step into the beautifully decorated open-plan living space, where you can look forward to impressing your guests with delicious meals, whipped up in the sleek and well-equipped kitchen, ready to enjoy over a celebratory bottle of fizz at the dining table for six.

If the weather is nice, why not dine out on your private veranda, with shared meadow where your four-legged friends can stretch their legs?

After dinner, sink back into the generous sofas in the sitting room and select a much-loved film from the TV, as your canine companions take up their favourite spot in front of the crackling woodburning stove.

Just off the sitting room, you will find a handy utility cupboard housing a washer/dryer.

Completing the ground-floor is the first of three well-appointed bedrooms, a double served by a stylish bathroom.

Climb the stairs up to the first floor, where you will find two further bedrooms, a king-size, with a walk in wardrobe area, and a twin, each with their own chic en-suite shower room, perfect for preparing for a day of adventure in style!

Keen walkers and cyclists will delight at having the famous Camel Trail right on their doorstep, where you can soak up the impressive views and scenery for 18-miles across the moor and over to Padstow.

Head over to Bodmin, where you will find a good selection of pubs and restaurants, including the Hole in the Wall and The Hive, as well as supermarkets and convenience stores to stock up on essentials.

The town also offers the attractions of Bodmin Town Museum, Bodmin Keep and the 18th-century Bodmin Jail Attraction for those wishing to step into history.

Venture further into the moors where you can enjoy nature trails for both walkers and cyclists in the Forestry England – Cardinham Woods with on-site café providing gourmet food, hooking your catch of the day at the Temple Trout Fisheries or hiking through the moors with Moor View Alpacas.

Continue onto Lostwithiel, where you can brush up on the local history at the Lostwithiel Museum and sample the delights of The Globe Inn, or travel further to St Austell, home to the St Austell Brewery, Kidzworld Adventure Play and easy access to the popular South West Coast Path.

Bodmin, the one-time County Town of Cornwall with its narrow streets, shops and pubs, is perfectly placed for exploring all that this fabulous holiday area has to offer. The outstanding surf, rugged cliffs and hidden coves of the north coast beaches and the quieter sands and river estuaries of the south coast are both 15 miles away while on the edge of town is the fascinating museum and haunting presence of the old Bodmin Jail. The popular Camel Trail for cyclists and walkers also winds its way through the town on its journey to the sea at Padstow. Close by are the open spaces and wind swept grandeur of Bodmin Moor while the incomparable Eden Project (11 miles), Falmouth’s National Maritime Museum (30 miles) and the beautiful harbour town of Padstow with its famous pubs and restaurants (16 miles) make for great days out. Also within easy reach and ideal for a fun-filled day out, guests can visit Lanhydrock House, the small town of Fowey and Charlestown with its Tall Ships, The Eden Project and Lostwithiel.
