The first bedroom features a super-king-size bed, a sofa bed for added versatility, a TV, and a balcony with decking and furniture, ideal for enjoying morning coffee with a view.
This room also features an en-suite bathroom offering a relaxing bath, walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin, and WC.
The second bedroom boasts a king-size bed (can be converted to twins upon request), and features a TV along with a stylish en-suite shower room.
The remaining two king-size bedrooms (also convertible to twins upon request), each offer private en-suite facilities, including walk-in showers, basins, and WCs.
Outside, the landscaped garden features a terrace, thoughtfully furnished for leisurely alfresco dining.
Take a dip in the heated swimming pool or relax blissfully in the hot tub.

Absolutely loved this house, having a week of amazing weather too!
Everything we needed was in the house, beds super comfortable, loads of open space, beautiful views, really amazing! The golf cart was super handy for local shopping trips and for going down to the beach with. Staff at the hotel are super helpful if we needed anything, we would definitely recommend this place and looking to maybe book it next year.
The house is brilliant—huge, very well maintained, and well equipped.
It could benefit from a games room (such as a pool table). The four electric bikes provided are adult‑only, which disappointed our children as they weren’t able to use them. The location is quite deserted, with not much to do locally, although the nearby beaches are stunning. The hotel connected to the house could do with updating, although we understand parts are being refurbished. We ate in the restaurant once but did not feel it was worth returning. We were disappointed that the outdoor pool, which was described as heated and was the main reason for choosing the property, was unusable during our stay due to a broken cover. No alternative solution was provided. As we paid a premium specifically for use of the pool, this significantly affected our experience. While the hotel has an indoor pool, it is small, requires advance booking, and sessions are limited. Would we stay again? Probably not, due to the pool being unavailable for the duration of our stay.
Absolutely stunning property with everything you could wish for.
Magnificent views of Mullion cove from the master suite and terrace. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to visit again.

Please note, the communal onsite facilities (heated swimming pool, outdoor heated swimming pool, gym, outdoor tennis court, outdoor children playground, bar, restaurant and spa) at Trevean will not be available from the 1st January 2026 to the beginning of April 2026. As a result, a 10% discount will be automatically added to your booking. Please do contact Cornish Cottage Holidays should you wish to discuss further.
The private swimming pool belonging to Trevean will remain available for use.
Please note there is an additional pet fee of £20 per pet, per night, payable at reception on check-in.
