Step into the open-plan living space, where you can find a kitchen featuring all the essentials for cooking up tasty dishes, ready to enjoy at the dining table for six with your loved ones.

After dinner, kick-back and relax on the spacious corner sofa and enjoy a family movie night on the wall-mounted TV with your favourite tipple in hand.

When sleep calls, retire to one of three well-appointed bedrooms to catch your rest in, a double with en-suite cloakroom and two twins, both served by a shower room where you can prepare for a day of adventure in style.

With its history rooted firmly in tin mining, the village of Polgooth is now a quiet settlement on the outskirts of St Austell, frequented by visitors enjoying the area's outstanding countryside. Just 3 miles from the sea, the village is close to several lovely beaches, and the south-west coastal path also runs close by. The area has a host of visitor attractions, with the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Tall Ships Harbour at Charlestown all within a 15 minute drive. The quaint fishing harbour at Mevagissey, with its passenger ferry across the bay to Fowey, is just 5 miles away, and the beautiful Roseland Peninsula with the villages of St. Mawes and St. Just-in-Roseland lies just a little further.
