Upon entering, you will be greeted by a front room on entry, with the kitchen to your right and the bedroom through the lobby to your left.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a washing machine, oven, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer, giving you everything needed for a self-catered stay.
Gather around the dining table set for two guests and tuck in.
Set the ambience by playing your favourites on the Smart TV, and crack out a board game after dinner.
Retreat to the sitting area and choose your spot for the evening, and flick on the TV for a relaxing movie night.
When it's time for bed, retire to the double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, ideal for freshening up after a day exploring the Cornish coast.
In the morning, enjoy a brew in the enclosed garden, dine alfresco at the outdoor table and chairs, or stretch your legs on the lawn.
There’s also a second outdoor space with a patio and garden, leading to a separate pool room with a heated indoor swimming pool, your favourite spot for a refreshing dip, no matter the weather.
Explore all Cornwall has to offer by visiting the Minack Theatre, an open-air amphitheatre with sea views and dramatic cliffs; check to see what’s on and view a performance or simply explore the site, then stroll down to the sandy beach below.
Wander through the National Trust’s Trengwainton Garden, where you can enjoy a cream tea in the charming tea room, admire the hydrangeas and magnolias, and explore the grounds of this 16th-century stately home.
Take a trip to Land’s End, walk along the rugged coastline, view a shipwreck, grab a pasty to keep you fuelled, and soak in the breathtaking scenery of this area of outstanding natural beauty.

The pool is spotlessly clean and yes - you do get exclusive use. We would like to add that James went above and beyond. From literally driving my partner around to get a new car tyre, offering support after my dog pulled me over and hurt my wrist, to guidance on places to visit. James is the most kindest host we have ever come across and we shall most definitely return next year. Thank you James.
We had a great stay at Mys Hedra Farm, perfect for a couple and their dog exploring Cornwall.
Well situated to get to most places in West Cornwall, 10 mins from Lands End (and even less to the hidden gem Sennen), 20 mins from St Ives and only an hour to Falmouth or Newquay. The swimming pool is the standout amazing feature here, we went for a swim most mornings and it is such a good way to start your day on holiday, and the pool area is kept extremely clean and tidy with everything you could want from lights, a jet, sliding double doors for an outdoorsy feel, a toilet and a shower in the pool area. The accomodation itself is cozy and works as a great base to rest and recover, the living room has a small television and extendable dining table, so you can relax happily in here as we did most nights. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedroom is very comfortable. James was great across our stay, answering our questions, having some nice chats when we crossed paths a couple times, fixing a lightbulb for us and making sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor space here is phenomenal, there is a lot of it with some variety (gravel seating area, patio, graveled plant and flower garden area, patio by the pool, and lawn at the top) and it's fully enclosed for the dog to explore and walk around. All in all we had an amazing time in Cornwall and this accomodation was a great part of it.
