“Very comfortable with high quality furnishings including beautiful pictures.”

Would be good to add some to the kitchen as it was blank in comparison. Thanks for the very well fitted kitchen which allowed us to cook home cooked food. It was hard to find the property due to the one way system and only finding the sign on the way back out. Would be good to add some to the kitchen as it was blank in comparison. Thanks for the very well fitted kitchen which allowed us to cook home cooked food. It was hard to find the property due to the one way system and only finding the sign on the way back out. Would be good to advise holidaymakers of the upper parking location before they arrive in case there is no room down the bottom and unloading from the top is easier. Decking could do with jet washing regularly to stop it going green and slippery. Would have loved to have been able to walk the dog directly on to neighbouring countryside without getting in the car.

Many thanks for your kind words and for taking the time to provide feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay. We have updated the information that is provided to future guests to highlight the car park above the lodge, as per your suggestion. Thank you for pointing this out. I have also asked the maintenance team to jet wash the patio. I agree with you regarding the walls and decor in the kitchen! The A-frame shape with sloped walls make it tricky to hang pictures or ornaments, otherwise we would have definitely done so. Kind regards, S Meadows Property Owner
