Danielle “Perfectly well kept little cottage with beautiful onsite pool, communal hot tubs both indoor and outdoor and sauna !”
! Really well maintained and cleaned every day. Cottage and grounds are absolutely spotless !! The cottages are so well located, in a quiet area tucked away but ten mins in the car to Falmouth town , harbour and beautiful beaches. Plenty to do in the area and nearby towns ! Unfortunately we didn’t get the best weather , and it was very mixed ! We had two nice days out of 7 but we made the most of it and booked things in the area which again were all really good !! We are a couple both mid 30s with an 8 and 9 year old girl who need constant entertainment. We booked horse riding in port mallow which was excellent , we booked raze the roof indoor soft play/ laser tag/vr games , mega slip and slide which was soooooo much fun!! , beach days, walks into the town where we did pottery painting and kept the items as a little memorabilia. And when the weather was good there was no real need to leave the grounds as the pool and hot tubs are amazing. Few things that were just missing the mark for absolute perfection which I hope you take as pointers more than anything :- Only two sun loungers (often families were asking of people were finished with them) two isn’t enough between all the cottages onsite. Everyone kept asking for the time around the pool, would be good to have an outdoor clock Lights in our hot tub didn’t work in the back, and there’s no lights at all in the garden so it’s near impossible to use at night without causing yourself some harm falling over and trying to find your way in complete darkness literally no lights whatsoever Storage in the cottage isn’t the greatest. There was no cupboard to store our own food in. So we had to take all the plates out of one cupboard and use that one, and just keep things on the kitchen counter. There was a bees or wasps nest located near the bin outside which may need dealing with as they were everywhere and kept going back to that location loads of them! Other than those few things which I’m sure could easily be rectified it really was a lovely stay and we will most certainly recommend to f&f thank you
