“Called the office on the first day of the holiday and left a message with contact details but money returned my call for the whole week we were there.”

The front 2 rings on the job did not work, which I would have reported if some one had returned my call. Georgia (I believe it was) who I managed to contact on the mobile contact was extremely helpful when I called her about my concerns regarding the cleanliness of the apartment.
