  • “Cleaning was exceptional and the property was so comfortable.”

I would highly recommend the property.

I would highly recommend the property. It should be noted however that there is some building work going on behind the property. The noise was only during the day and not too bad whilst we were there, but something that should be mentioned. Generally Newquay as a place has been tidied up and they are really trying to improve it.

The property

18 Ocean Heights is a contemporary townhouse property, set over three floors and is situated in an ideal location to all of Newquay’s amenities.

Perfect for families or groups of friends, the property has been finished to a high standard through the glossy kitchen and bright and airy living room.

The three bedrooms are all tastefully decorated and consist of a master with en-suite facilities and two doubles.

There is also a modern family bathroom on the top floor.

Outside to the rear of the house is a delightful patio space with a seating area, making it perfect for some alfresco dining on a warm evening.

From the front of the property, the seafront can be reached in approximately 100 yards walk and the town centre is also closeby meaning you won’t have to use the car at all.

Newquay holds a range of golden beaches with Fistral and the Great Western Beach just to name a few.

The town is full of quality restaurants, bars and pubs to suit a variety of tastes, including the award winning Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen restaurant.

For a great day out, visit the fantastic Newquay Zoo or Blue Reef Aquarium.

Further afield rests the quaint fishing village of Padstow while Truro and its cobbled streets and vibrant city life is around 45 minutes away.

With a fabulous choice of things to do from the property, 18 Ocean Heights is an excellent accommodation, all year round.
