“We have stayed in this area many times and appreciate how convenient everything is.”

The property is ok but with some maintenance could be fabulous. The designated parking spot is partially covered with vegetation so if your car is longer then 8 feet you will be sticking out or parking out on the road. The mattress is very old and so soft you can feel the bed frame. The bathroom light switch only works sometimes and can turn off without warning. The patio doors off the lounge are a nice touch but were so dirty you couldnt see out at all so I took pity on them and cleaned them ...

We stayed here late 2017 and reported all of these faults after our stay. We wont be staying here again there are better value properties nearby.

Thank you for your feedback and although we normally don't respond we always rectify any issues which have been raised. To go through your points we have now fixed what was, annoyingly, an intermittent fault with the light switch. The car parking vegetation should be looked after by Belmont Properties, the site landlords, as part of their service charges and I have chased them following your comments - they have now assured me they will rectify the problem. Unfortunately due to the ongoing building work nearby there has been a problem with the dust - we have asked a local window cleaner to come more often. As regards the mattress it is not actually 'very old' - we purchased the apartment brand new in 2015 and with it all new furniture - most mattresses are recommended to be changed every 8 years and our plan is to replace in line with this. However we will now check given your feedback. Property Owner
