The property

One of an award-winning collection of twelve deluxe villas/apartments, set in the grounds of Porth Veor Manor, this delightful holiday home is located in a very popular area of Cornwall, just a mile from central Newquay.

The villa provides the freedom of excellent self-catering accommodation with all the facilities of a small-scale, quality hotel, complete with heated outdoor swimming pool and an award-winning restaurant.

Couple this with the elevated location above beautiful Porth Beach, on the coast road between Newquay and Watergate Bay, and you have all the ingredients for the perfect seaside escape with friends or family.

Upon arrival you’ll be delighted to see that your villa overlooks the pool, with a set of comfy loungers on your own private patio offering the perfect place to relax.

This cleverly designed villa offers upside down accommodation with the spacious open plan living area at entry level, offering a sociable space to relax together.

The two lovely bedrooms and contemporary family bathroom can be found downstairs, the double with its own luxury en-suite but both boasting external doors, which can be swept open to let a cooling breeze inside on a warm summer's day.

The hotel facilities include a bar, restaurant and charming conservatory to relax in, and are all on your doorstep, allowing you the luxury of having your meal prepared for you should you fancy a night off from cooking, or, what could be better than a refreshing morning swim before a cooked breakfast overlooking the beach?

A short stroll from Porth Veor is the award-winning beach, perfect for families, and at low tide, the walk along the shore to Watergate Bay, returning along the stunning coastal path, is a must.

With all that Newquay has to offer and the rest of North Cornwall’s coastline at your fingertips, this is an excellent choice for your coastal getaway.

About the location

PORTH

Newquay 1.3 miles; Truro 15 miles.

Porth is a small seaside village on the outskirts of Newquay. The village offers a shop, cafes, restaurants and a pub on the sandy beach, plus nearby is the South West Coast Path, which boasts spectacular scenery. Watergate Bay, with its rolling waves, surf schools, cafe and pubs, is a short walk away, and the popular resort of Newquay with its beaches, watersports, pubs, restaurants, zoo and aquarium is well worth a visit. Fistral Beach and surf centre are three miles west of Porth, whilst the surf training school at Lusty Glaze Beach is actually within the village. The charming fishing village of Padstow, along with Bodmin Moor, the city of Truro, Falmouth and the world-famous Eden Project are all within easy reach, making Porth an ideal base for a Cornish getaway.
