  • “The oven did not work.”

We reported it to you on day one. The maintenance line continually rang out . We left a message but no one got back to us so we had no oven all week. WiFi and tv signal very poor. Apart from that it was a lovely location and lovely accommodation. Road to barn is very badly potholed though.

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear this. The customer team at Sykes could have followed this up for you during your stay. In this case the cooker clock simply needed to be reset and is now working without issue. Though there is wifi at Hazel Barn due to the location the signal can be poor at times - this is the best service/ broadband provider that is currently available. The owners are aware at the road has seen increased wear recently and steps have been taken to request that this be repaired. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your holiday otherwise.
