Excellent cottage brilliant support from owners will definitely be back

This is a little gem, full of surprises and so welcoming.

Scones, jam, fresh cream, Cornish coffee, tea, milk and even fresh flowers and chocolates. What's not to like? The best equipped place we have ever visited. And so dog friendly - dog beds, blankets, treats, toys. Close to the beautiful dog friendly beach which is spotless. We shall definitely be back. Thank you Victoria for meeting us and being so welcoming. We can't find fault with anything!!

The cottage is excellent, very clean with everything you’ll need. We especially like the extra bits that Victoria leaves for her guests, like the hand made scones with cream and jam. I would highly recommend Ebenezer cottage.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, cosy cottage in a fantastic location. With the beaches just across the road and so many lovely places to explore nearby, it was the perfect base for a relaxing break. Victoria has thought of everything to make your stay feel like a true home from home. The welcome package was such a lovely touch, and our dog even had her own welcome treats!

The Cottage was absolutely superb.

It was immaculate with everything you could need and literally across the road from the beach. We had a relaxed week’s stay and the owner was lovely. We’d definitely recommend.

The cottage is ideally placed with the beach basically a short walk away across the road.

Victoria left a welcome pack of goodies including a home made cream tea. Everything was spotless and as we were there during a heatwave it was everything you would imagine from a Cornish holiday. You are also within easy striking distance of St Ives, Newlyn etc and the Minak theatre is a must see whilst touring the area.

The owner of the property has given it the ‘personal touch’.

They have provided absolutely everything that you may require, and have gone above and beyond expectations. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A very well equipped cottage and garden with the bonus of a parking space too. Thoroughly recommend staying there as you won’t be disappointed.

Ebeneezer cottage has every comfort you could wish for.

It is at an ideal location in Marazion where car parking is at a premium. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

We were made very welcome, when we arrived back at Ebenezer cottage, for a second time as we were impressed on our first visit.

We were not disappointed. A comfy home from home, where we enjoyed a a short break. All thanks to Victoria.

Victoria and hubby were amazing again. Very helpful and looked after us really well. The place is fantastic in that we are just over the road, down a small alleyway and onto the slipway of the beach looking at the Causeway and St Michaels Mount. The dog's go crazy on the beach. A lovely new cafe has opened up a few doors away which was really good. All the other cafes in Marazion are great too. All the pubs and restaurants offer great quality foods. Supermarkets near by. Ebenezer Cottage is one of the best cottages we have stayed in in Marazion.

It’s a real home from home and cosy and warm, with cosy throws and underfloor heating. Victoria welcomed us at the cottage and explained how to use the TV and oven etc. She has thought of everything and the cottage is very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and despite being near the road it was quiet. The best thing about the cottage is the brilliant location and private parking. We regularly went to the Goldolphin which has the warmest welcome ever and astonishing views of St Michael’s Mount. The local galleries are delightful especially the Market House for jewellery that’s a bit special. We thoroughly recommend a stay at Ebenezer Cottage.

It is a lovely location ( with a valuable parking space ), ideal for pubs, shops etc. Victoria left us some goodies for our arrival which is a lovely touch.

Beautiful cottage.

Literally a stones throw from a gorgeous beach. Directly opposite St Michael’s Mount. A garden and parking. What a find! The owner has thought of absolutely EVERYTHING and even responds quickly to text messages if you get stuck like me and cant see what’s in front of your face!

Absolutely wonderful holiday.

Cottage was perfect and we were amazed by how well equipped it was. Everything you could possibly want was provided and the extras were a lovely touch (especially the cream tea and dog treats! ) Location was perfect and would certainly recommend staying here. Host communicated well and was extremely attentive. 10/10 all round.

We have been to Ebenezer Cottage a few times now and we love it.

Victoria is very generous in what she leaves in the house for guests. The dogs love it (and us) because the beach is so close. The house is really comfortable, clean and well equipped. There is a lot to do in the area. This area is one of the best in my view as you are close to St Ives, Hayle, 2 x beautiful gardens near Penzance, Porthleven, and now we have just discovered the Seal Sanctuary which was fascinating. We haven’t explored quite a few of the beautiful beaches identified in Victoria’s book with Cornwall beaches. Just brilliant

This property is fabulous one minute to beach, great for visiting areas in Cornwall.

The owner had provided everything, coffee, teabags, washing up liquid, foil, cling film, 2 pints of milk in fridge and 4 lovely scones with clotted cream and jam plus an easter egg each for kids. All facilities were outstanding.

Another great week at Ebenezer cottage.

Everything is catered for to ensure a comfortable stay. Even the dogs are looked after with a bed, blankets, bowls, treats and balls. A lovely cream tea awaited us on arrival together with prosecco and Milk in the fridge. This is now our go to place for a peaceful relaxing holiday Thank you Victoria

This cottage is just lovely.

It is ideally situated in Marazion. Just a shirt distance to the beach, places to eat and drink. You have a parking space which is a luxury in Marazion. The cottage itself is so comfortable, beautifully furnished and well equipped. The owner has thought of everything, including items for the dog. There was a nice touch of a cream tea and milk being provided. We will definitely return.

Fabulous property.

So well equipped. Great location. Two minutes to the beach. Carparking for our nissan juke. Absolute bonus in Marazion. We loved it so much we looked to book 2025. Only a few weeks left. Luckily we have taken advantage of last week in September,first week October. Brilliant . Victoria the owner keeps the cottage beautifully decorated. Such a find. Lovely.

One road back from the beach. Short walk to the shops and almost opposite the pub. The cottage was so clean and beautifully decorated. The extra special touches the owner made were extremely thoughtful. Even the dogs were spoilt. Would love to stay again. One of the best places we’ve stayed.

The off road parking is very tight when the other spaces are occupied by renters of the adjoining properties.

We love staying at Ebenezer Cottage and definitely want to come again.

It is so lovely to pop out the front door, over the road, down the alleyway and you are on the beach. The house is spotless and has everything you could want. The garden is lovely and safe for the doggies. Victoria puts a lot of lovely treats in the house for you to enjoy. We went up to the castle on St Michael's Mount and it was absolutely superb. So well looked after and very special. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Had a lovely stay in Ebenezer Cottage with our two teenagers & cockapoo.

Victoria made us feel welcome & gave us local information. The cottage is in the centre of Marazion & can see the sea from the upstairs. Great location & never very far from a nice walk, car ride or bus trip. Car parking space was great to have too. Shame we had the storms but had a lovely week away despite this - would love to stay again.

Victoria has catered for everyone’s needs, 2 and 4 legged. Literally everything is there you want including toiletries. Parking was a real bonus in Marazion. The location was superb with the beach a few metres from the house. Highly recommend.

Good location.

The hosts were lovely. As it was Valentine's week the cottage had chocolate hearts and a heart lamp. It was our wedding anniversary on valentine's day and Victoria brought round a card and a bottle of prosecco. A lovely gesture. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything you might want e.g tea coffee, shower gel. Would definitely recommend.

The location of Ebenezer Cottage is fabulous, less than a minutes walk to the local pubs, shops and the beach. The owner Victoria was extremely accommodating, she thought of everything, nothing was too much trouble and the place was spotless . The welcoming pack was a lovely gesture too, thank you Victoria.

Ebenezer Cottage is beautiful and in an amazing location.

The weather was glorious during our stay so we spent a lot of time out and about exploring. However, the cottage has lots to do in walking distance. As well as being incredibly catered for at the cottage with lots of lovely extras you want for nothing.

Ebenezer cottage is wonderful everything is thought of by the very thoughtful owner.

The cottage has a lovely warm and welcoming feel to it , it’s close very close to the beach and sea and St Michaels Mount( out the door across the road and you are there ) the shops the pubs and restaurants ,everything is on your doorstep and a bonus is that there is a parking space. For info the parking spot is in the middle of a row Of three so remember to be courteous to other people parking and also for info we parked a Ford wild track ranger comfortably in the space. Our dogs had a blast at the cottage beds and bowls can be provided and treats and balls left for them ,the outside space is brilliant with table chairs and parasol for outside dining. We have stayed in lots of cottages in Marazion and this one is now a firm favourite.

The situation in Marazion is perfect for the beach and for the town. I can’t praise this property enough. It far exceeded my expectations. We took two dogs with us, and it was so nice to feel that they were welcomed by the owner by the things provided for them.

Absolutely perfect.

Probably the best we have stayed in over the years and there has been many. Location just across the road from a wide expanse of beach. Easy walking from the door with the dog. The coastal bus is great and cheap way of getting around. Nice friendly pubs in the village too. Good food and a great fish and chip shop. Would highly recommend The welcome pack was also fabulous and our host greeted us and made us feel very welcome which is such a nice touch rather than collecting keys from a box.

This is a lovely comfortable cottage which is so near the sea as well as the village/town and St Michael’s Mount.

Everything we needed and much more. Extra touches such as dog biscuits and gift for the dogs, fresh flowers, cream tea, toiletries and much more. Victoria has spent a lot of time thinking about making this home perfect for guests. The house was super clean and comfortable. So close to the beach and local pubs etc. would highly recommend.

Considering this was a last minute decision we were extremely pleased with the property and the location, even in January we found a great deal to do in the area.

The owner provided many items of quality Cornish artisan condiments and toiletries, cream tea items in the fridge on arrival; we found all this very unusual as we are fairly frequent users of holiday cottages and are often disappointed when we arrive but not here. We had a top branded, large (BT) TV with DVD Player with some great discs and a cupboard full of games and a TV in the double bedroom. Excellent in-house information folder. Dog friendly of the highest order! Parking is an issue wherever you go in Cornwall however we had the bonus of an allocated space in a shared area behind the property-but if you own an SUV or a Chelsea Tractor you will struggle getting in and out, we own a sensible sized car so it was very convenient for us and gave us peace of mind. Plenty of empty public car parks in Marazion in January. All in all we had a fantastic 5 day holiday.

The welcome goodies, plus thoughtful things like milk in the fridge, make a lovely surprise on arrival. A great space to cook, chat and relax and so convenient for the beach and everything in the town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Marazion in Ebenezer cottage.

We are a family of 4 (2 and 6 year old) Absolutely beautiful location across the road from the most beautiful beach and easy walk to st michaels mount. We visited lands end (25 min drive). Went on a train from st erth the st Ives (highly recommend this) gorgeous views and saves driving around at Ives. Mousehole is definitely worth a visit to. If we were to stay in south Cornwall again we would definitely stay in ebenzer cottage and have recommended to friends and family. So we’ll equipped, so clean, comfortable, parking space and patio garden (very rare in this area), modern and well equipped with high quality and we’ll everything you need. The only slight thing we had was getting out for 9am with 2 children having stripped the beds, emptied and put bins out and ensuring dishwasher empty. If this could be 10am would really help. But that’s the only small feedback we could give as honestly this is a perfect stay in Cornwall.

The cottage is spotless and very comfortable. Victoria the owner is very thoughtful she always leaves treats for us on arrival. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to our return visit later in the year, the dogs love it too.

My husband and I stayed at Ebenezer Cottage between 25th March and 1st April.

The cottage is lovely and central to everything you would want on a holiday, beach, pubs, shops, galleries and eating places. The bus service is amazing, so much so that we hardly used the car during the week. This was especially good to get to places like Mousehole (not to be missed) and St Ives, where parking looked to be a bit of a nightmare. St Michaels Mount is also well worth a walk to. I would certainly go back to Marazion and would recommend Ebenezer Cottage.

The owner Victoria has made it a real home from home with extra little touches. Great location just across the Rd to the beach and St Michael’s Mount. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t kind but nothing anybody can do about that. Thankfully the cottage was warm and cosy.

Fresh flowers, cream tea, coffee, tea and biscuits on arrival - very comfortable bed. Victoria caters for your every need right down to shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom. The beach is so close which was ideal for the dogs, we enjoyed it so much we have already booked for next year.

A perfect base for exploring Cornwall or Marazion itself. The facilities were outstanding. The kitchen was well equipped, it was handy having a w/c on the ground floor especially for older travellers with us. Everything you could need to make a comfortable stay the owner had thought of. Even down providing some additional dog accessories. There were also items in the Shes for your four legged friend. I would highly recommend Ebenezer Cottage as a great place to stay.

Just back from a great week staying in Ebenezer Cottage for the first time.

Although the weather was not great, there was always a warm cottage to return too. The cottage is very well equipped and is in an excellent location. We will definitely be back.

This was our fifth visit to Ebenezer Cottage and we hope to keep coming back!

The cottage is extremely well equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable home from home. The owner Victoria also provides lots of little extras that you wouldn't expect, and the whole cottage is tastefully styled, making it a lovely ambience in which to relax and chill. The location is unbeatable too: a minute's walk to the beach, but also right in the heart of Marazion for eating, drinking and shopping. Last - but by no means least - there is plenty of room for the dog, including a fully enclosed courtyard that is a fabulous suntrap during the summer months. Already looking forward to our next trip!

Victoria has provided a holiday cottage that is the best kitted out cottage we have ever stayed in - and we've been self catering in Cornwall for over 40 years.

We took a risk visiting a lot earlier in the year than we usually do (February) but the last four days were sunny and dry so well worth taking a chance. If you want to bring your four legged best friend (we presume this to be a dog or two!) on holiday with you we believe Ebenezer Cottage cannot be bettered. Every human and dog need is catered for - treats, bed and toys etc, etc, etc... You and your dog/s can be running free on the beach in less than a minute. NB: In high season the main beach is restricted but there is the Town Beach available all year round (directions in the welcome pack). Chapel Rock Cafe is dog friendly and has excellent food and The Godolphin Arms has an area of dog friendly tables if you want more of a main meal. Obviously not everywhere was open in February so there may be more dog friendly places we weren't aware of. Thank you Victoria for your warm and friendly welcome and for providing such a wonderful home from home for yet another year. See you again soon.

A very special place.

Victoria goes above and beyond to help create the perfect holiday. Even our 4 legged friend was welcomed with open arms, from treats to pop bags. You really cannot ask for more. Location is excellent. Facilities are excellent. No need to pack all the extra bits n pieces as everything is provided, tea , coffee , and general kitchenallia. The property is above standard. Warm welcome and home made scones for us. The cottage was perfectly located and very homely but modern. Marazion was beautiful and the locals very welcoming. Would fully recommend Ebenezer Cottage and will stay there again as it’s the best cottage we’ve stayed at so far and Cornwall is a beautiful place to visit.

This is a lovely, spacious cottage in a fantastic location just a stone's throw from pubs, shops and the beach.

We loved the garden and having parking (albeit through a very tight entryway) was a huge bonus. The cottage is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay again.

Everything is done with such thought and we love coming here. Close to the beach, shops and all amenities this really is the ideal place to stay. The dogs are well catered for and we can not thank Victoria enough.

We have just returned from a great week at Marazion.

Ebenezer cottage was just lovely. From the high spec deco and furniture throughout, to all the extra little touches and the goodies that Victoria left for us and our dog. I have to say this is probably the most well equipped and nicest cottage we have ever stayed in. The cottage is less then a 1 minute walk to the beautiful beach and almost opposite St Michael's Mount which is worth a visit. The beach is fully opened to dogs until 1st May which that reduces down to a slightly smaller section but still plenty. There are several cafes and pubs within easy reach which all serve lovely food. We had such a great time that we have already booked to return next year.

Victoria goes above and beyond in looking after her guests. There are so many extras that you would not expect but which were lovely to receive. We loved the house - it was a perfect size with plenty of room. Everything in the kitchen worked well. The house had a wonderful garden/courtyard which was very safe for our little dog. The beach was really close and we were able to walk over to St Michaels Mount from the house very easily. We had the most amazing meal in the restaurant 4 doors down and other meals over the road. We will definitely go back again. It made the perfect base to explore Cornwall.

This was our third visit to Ebenezer Cottage in Marazion.

We had a lovely weeks holiday with our two year old Golden Retriever (who was ecstatic that the beach was so close!). The cottage was of the same exceptionally high standard that we have come to appreciate - as was the friendly and helpful welcome from Victoria. This is a stunningly presented holiday cottage with every conceivable convenience you could wish for (now including Wi-Fi) and in an excellent location. The designated parking space is an absolute godsend in Marazion. Thank you Victoria x

It's position is perfect for the beach and town. We enjoyed our stay so much we can't wait to return.

Excellent cottage, everything you could possibly want was thought of, the owner Victoria was very friendly and we received a very warm welcome.

She also gave us a bottle of prosecco to celebrate my birthday. We will definitely be coming back to Ebenezer again next year. Second to none.

Not a single think you might unexpectedly need that hasn’t been thought of. Would highly recommend.

The owner Victoria provides a cottage with exceptional facilities - clean and warm, beautifully decorated and has every conceivable item you could possibly want during your stay, including treats, bowls and bed for your dog.

We were at Ebenezer Cottage for the first time in March 2018 and for this visit in October 2018 we could reduce the amount of stuff we brought with us by 50%! The beach at Marazion is literally less than a minutes walk away across the road and through a jitty. Marazion is extremely dog friendly and the beach had unrestricted dog access for both our stays in March and October. In the high season (Easter to 1st October) the main beach is only open to dogs early morning and late evening.

Absolutely fabulous, cottage wonderful, clean and comfortable.

This was by far the best place it is a little Jem,very clean and comfortable and all the little extras that the owner has put in.

I had the best holiday of my life, it was our second stay at Ebeneza Cottage.

This cottage was without any doubt the best cottage we have ever stayed in, absolutely everything you could need was there.

The dogs were made very welcome too with their own beds, bowls, treats, toys all left out for them, special towels for rainy days or dips in the sea. We have already recommended this cottage to family and friends. The best thing about this cottage is that it is within 2-3 mins to beach, 5 mins walk either way where you can eat.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable cottage in an ideal location so close to the beach - literally 1 minute walk across the road.

A pity about the poor weather (but it was March!) but we thoroughly enjoyed the holiday anyway. The owner has thought of EVERY possible thing you could need. There is nothing to fault with this property. Many thanks to the owner for her personal welcome.

A lovely cottage in a fantastic location.

"Posh Hotel" levels of service, comfort, cleanliness and "nice touches". Excellent quality fixtures and fittings and lovely to have such a great place allowing dogs - so often "dog friendly" means compromising on quality..... not so here!! Only minor quibble was no Wi-Fi but certainly not a deal breaker...... we loved it!!

Car parking is a nightmare, especially with a 7-seater car, but then that's to be expected in Marazion
