    “Excellent modern property.”

It’s located about 3 miles from the sea in a modern housing development. Not picturesque, but very clean and everything works!

Many thanks for your 5 star feedback. Boathouse Terrace is located on a small modern housing development which is surrounded by open countryside, and the property itself is looking out directly onto large playing fields which we find our guests, children and their pets make great use of. Best regards, Rachel & Martin Property Owner
